Gareth Southgate's team will turn out in navy blue shirts, shorts and socks for the fixture at Borussia Dortmund's Westfalenstadion, England's first match since Southgate was appointed manager on a permanent basis.
The new kit, unveiled on the Football Association's website and available to buy from Wednesday morning, is the latest experiment with England's colours.
The national team have traditionally had a white home strip while wearing red away, but the most recent edition of the home kit - released in March 2016 - attracted criticism for its grey collar and sleeves.
The accompanying away kit was red with a maroon collar and sleeves. Beyond a previous navy away kit released in 2011, and the often-criticised grey away kit of 1996, England have rarely strayed from their basic colours.
They will also have a new captain for Wednesday's fixture, after Wayne Rooney's omission from Southgate's squad. Germany goalkeeper Manuel Neuer, meanwhile, has been ruled out with a calf injury.
