The Turks hammered bitter rivals Greece 4-1 in Athens on Saturday to put themselves top of Group C with a 100% record, while Norway languish in fourth on six points. The match is being played behind closed doors in Frankfurt, though, as Turkey serve out their ban for the player violence during their ill-fated World Cup qualifier against Switzerland in 2005.
Turkey coach Fatih Terim welcomes back Newcastle midfielder Emre - suspended for his part in the Swiss brawl - while English-born Sheffield United striker Colin Kazim-Richards is on standby. Ferhat Oztorun and Yasin Cakmak join up with the squad in place of injured duo Ibrahim Uzulmez and Gokhan Unal. Gokhan Zan is banned after picking up his second yellow of the campaign against Greece.
Norway will be missing two key attacking players, Blackburn midfielder Morten Gamst Pedersen and veteran Manchester United striker Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Second-placed Greece will be looking to bounce back from their humiliation at the hands of Turkey with what should be an easy win in Malta, although Giourkas Seitaridis and Giannis Amanatidis were injured against Turkey and miss out.
Malta will be without Luke Dimech (suspended) and Ivan Woods (injury).
