Dendoncker replaces Thorgan Hazard.
That looks like being the last chance. Felix gets a bit of space but shoots a yard wide of the target.
Fernandes shoots from the edge of the box but nowhere near the target.
Five minutes of injury time to be played.
This time Ronaldo flicks on and the sliding Silva at the far post is so close to squeezing the ball past Courtois.
It is all Portugal now and great defending once more from Aderweireld denied Ronaldo a header at goal.
Lukaku is fouled on the edge of the box after a Belgium break but he clears the bar with the free kick.
Guerreiro hits the post with a low drive from the edge of the box that had Courtois beaten. It came after a deep cross for Ronaldo was half-cleared.
Dias meets Fernandes' cross with a fierce header but Courtois parries away from danger. Anywhere else in the goal but straight at the keeper and that is a goal.
Alderweireld picks up a yellow card for a cyncical foul on Felix on the wing.
Deep cross from Fernandes sees Silva leap highest but he cannot keep his header down.
Sanches and Palhinha coming off for Danilo and Oliveira.
Pepe could be sent off now. The referee had blown the whistle for a head injury and he took the opportunity to fly into Thorgan Hazard. It is Lukaku with the head injury after he was caught with an errant boot. . A yellow card for Pepe.
Ronaldo has space on the edge of the D abut just dinks a tame cross or shot into Courtois' midriff.
Eden Hazard punished for standing on Fernandes' foot, prompting a crazy scream from the Manchester United player.
He blasts it into the wall. A real argument for giving another player a go at these.
Probably nearer 30. Ronaldo has scored just one in 51 for Portugal of course. Still tense though.
A foul and a booking for Vermaeen for fouling Felix 25 yards from goal in a central position.
Silva comes on for Jota. Not a great night for the Liverpool striker.
Eden Hazard brought down by Fernandes, the referee doesn't give a free kick and Lukaku and Pepe engage in a bit of shoving. A decent match-up that even if Pepe a little past his fighting peak perhaps.
Sanches has another shot from well outside the box. Really not his bag. Dribbles well wide of the target.
Sanches getting further forward and he looks less dangerous there really. Aderweireld disposses him on the edge of the box in this instance.
Not a bad effort from Lukaku after Hazard squares to him on the edge of the box and he shoots a yard over the bar on the half-volley.
Fernandes shoots high over the bar on the half-volley from 25 yards out. Belgium need to pose a threat. They have none at present. If they keep sitting back Portugal will get back into this.
Felix has his first effort at goal meeting a deep cross but Courtois is comfortably behind his header at goal.
Ronaldo plays a one-two with Dalot and then plays into Jota's feet but the Liverpool strikeer shoots over the bar.
Belgium giving the ball away too easily, just clearing out to the Portuguese defenders to start another attack.
Joao Felix and Fernandes come on for Bernardo Silva and Moutinho. Interesting changes.
Dalot puts in a deep cross to the back post where Aderweireld does well to clear under pressure from you know how...yes, Ronaldo. Actually it was Meunier, great job.
Dalot kicks the ball away after fouling Hazard and gets a caution for it.
Mertens comes on to replace De Bruyne. That is so disappointing. Let's hope its not the end of his tournament, but you fear it will be.
De Bruyne is on his haunches, suggesting he will be brought off.
Portugal get the second half underway...
After the slowest of starts, it got better as the half went on and Thorgan Hazard's rocket should ensure we get a better second half.
Two crosses aimed at Ronaldo are dealt with well by Vermaelen before Joao Palhinha shoots high over the bar.
De Bruyne is brought down on the break by Joao Palhinha, Eden Hazard went on to play in Meunier whose poor cross found its way back to Rui Patricio.
GOAL! That came from nowhere. Hazard - the other Hazard, Thorgan, smashed a rocket drive from outside the left hand side of the penalty area. Swerving shot with the outside of his right foot baffled Rui Patricio.
Sanches dominates in the centre of midfield, beating De Bruyne and then Witsel and moving the ball to the edge of the Belgium box playing in Bernardo Silva who could only forced the game's first corner.
Dalot was through on goal after a great ball from Dias but after chesting the ball down he shoots well wide of the far post - and in any case the flag went up.
Lovely effort from Meunier with the outside of the boot coming in from the right flank and curls it about a yard high and wide of the upright.
Belgium cleared easily and then Belgium raced away on the counter with Lukaku being held for 20 yards before losing the ball on the edge of the box but no foul.
Vertonghen gives away an unnecessary foul on the touchline 30 yards from goal.
Play being punctuated with lots of free kicks in unthreatening areas at present.
Good point here. It is one aspect of the Messi rivalry how the Argentinian has got better with free kicks as he has got older and Ronaldo a lot less potent.
They look the dominant side now Portugal and Belgium's defence has a lot more gaps than their opponent. The period of play ends with Joao Paulhinha firing high over the bar.
Ronaldo hits the target but Courtois parries low to his right. The rebound header is gathered comfortably by the Real Madrid stopper.
Handball from Vermaelen after Jota slipped the ball past him. The set piece is five yards in from the edge of the penalty area.
Halfway through the first half, it's more than fair to call this a disappointment so far. Sanches shoots from fully 35 yards out and it flies well wide of the target.
A lovely long ball from De Bruyne finds wing back Meunier on the by-line but his cross is cleared.
Eden Hazard finds some space in the box but sees his shot blocked by Palhinha.
Mountinho and Witsel both go down on the edge of the Portugal box. No free kick either way but too sore lads it seems...though both fine to continue.
A lot of neat passing in the middle third of the field, mostly from Belgium, but little threat at present.
Lovely 360-degree turn from Hazard and then one-two with Lukaku on the edge of the box but he did not connect well with the shot from the edge of the box and it flies high over the bar.
First chance for Portugal as Sanches raced through the middle of the field and then played in Jota running into the left hand side of the penalty area but he skewed his effort a long way across the goal.
It looks like Lukaku will be played on the right of a front three with De Bruyne more central in a false nine position.
Belgium with the early territorial advantage but both sides beginning patiently.
Belgium get the game underway in Seville.
The players are on the field. Not long now...
Belgium are favourites to win at around 6/4, though more money seems to be coming in on Portugal at 2/1 - maybe due to the geriatric Belgian back three. A 90-minute draw at 5/2 seems attractive.
Portugal have certainly had the wood over the Red Devils in recent times.
At the other end, it is anyone's guess how Belgium decide to deal with Ronaldo. One would guess with an old defenders not blessed with great pace they will not play with a high line.
One of the many intriguing battles we can expect to see today is between the Serie A player of the year Romelu Lukaku, against the Premier League and Football Writers' player of the year Ruben Dias. There won't be a better centre forward-centre back battle in the tournament.
As expected no place for Bruno Fernandes in the starting xi but you can expect him to play a part at some stage.
Upfront, no surprises that Eden Hazard and Kevin De Bruyne will flank Romelu Lukaku.
The Belgians are going for the old guard at the back picking stalwarts with a combined age of around 150: Alderweireld, Vertonghen and Vermaelen rather than Boyata or Denayer.
Two changes for Portugal with Dalot and Joao Palhinha replacing Danilo Pereira and Nelson Semedo.
And this is the Portuguese XI who will take the field in just over an hour...
This is how the Red Devils will line up...
