It should be noted that Olsson was shown a yellow card moments ago. He'll need to be careful now.

Lindelof clears! The ball was played to the left channel where Duda had made a good run, but his first-time volley into the middle is cleared up into the air by Lindelof.

This is a good period of pressure from Slovakia who are now committing more men forward. Sweden having to do some defending for the first time in this opening half.
    27'
Slovakia are without Denis Vavro for this game after the defender tested positive for Covid-19 along with a staff member. Neither men have bad symptoms, but are in self-isolation.
    26'
Berg couldn't adjust! The ball into the Slovakian box from the left side from Augustinsson was a good one, but it was always going to be difficult for Berg to direct that on target.
    25'
It must be said, this has been a very cagey affair so far. It had been pondered whether Slovakia would go for Sweden knowing that they already have three points on the board. Not materialising that way.
    23'
It was only three years ago that Sweden reached the quarter finals of the World Cup, where they lost to England. There are signs of the country moving on from the age of Ibrahimovic.
    22'
Ibrahimovic announced his return from international duty before Euro 2020, but was then ruled out of the tournament through injury. Would we have improved Sweden’s team?
    21'
Sweden’s squad is the oldest at this summer’s tournament… and that’s without Zlatan Ibrahimovic being available. Indeed, the country needs to transition into a new generation.

There is a sense that Sweden are starting to grow into the game after a pretty cagey start from them, but they aren't doing enough to get Isak involved in their general play.
    18'
Indeed, if Berg had played against Spain with his shooting boots on he would have found the back of the net after an excellent assist by Isak. He gave Spain all sorts of problems.
    17'
Isak entered Euro 2020 on the back of an exceptional season for Real Sociedad in which he scored 16 La Liga goals. The young striker showed signs of good form in the performance against Spain.

Much like Sweden, Slovakia have a strong defensive basis and structure. Both Dubravka and Skriniar were excellent in the win over Poland, with the latter scoring the winner.
    13'
Hamsik was excellent for Slovakia in the win against Poland. The experienced playmaker still has the ability to play at the top of the international game. Will he perform again here?
    12'
Berg is pulled up for a foul on Pekarik, but there didn't look to be much in that at all. The Swedish striker barely touched the Slovakian defender as they both challenged for a ball.
    11'
Sweden were defensively sound in their opening fixture against Spain, but they offered very little threat. That will have to change this afternoon. They have to get more support to Isak.

Kucka over the top! Hamsik gets the corner kick delivery into the box, Kucka gets up highest, but the Slovakian midfielder could only put his header over the top of the crossbar!
    7'
Lindelof gets away with one! The ball in from Hamsik was a decent one, but the Swedish centre back should have made the straightforward clearance. Instead, he allows it under his foot!
