Full time. That's your lot. The Netherlands should have won more definitively but wasted their chances - there were two glaring opportunities, one from each side, that should have been converted. Sneijder will be relieved to get that duck broken; the entire squad will be relieved to have got the job done this evening. Thanks for your company.

GOAL! Hang about! That was the final second of the match, the Netherlands defence are statuesque, and Kuat heads downwards and past the novice goalkeeper.
A whole five minutes to be added on here. That seems excessive.
Huntelaar is off, replaced by Robin van Persie who wins his 100th cap.
Some changes - Afellay replaces Sneijder, Nurgaliyev replaces Dosmagambetov - and young Zoet replaces Krul, who can't continue.
Krul is wincing as he receives treatment.
Krul takes a bash from his own player there - Bruma doesn't have eyes in the back of his head and catches his foot on the keeper's knee.
Good shot there from Sneijder again - Pokatilov gets down to it awkwardly but does make the save.
This is turning into the scrappy foul-laden affair of the first half.
WHAT A MISS! Absolutely HORRENDOUS from Kazakhstan's Logvinenko! Free header and he sends that wide - no idea how he managed that!
The shot up the other end from El Ghazi is pushed away by the goalkeeper, making a meal of it.
Decent chance for Dosmagambetov.
Kazakhstan pressing a little. One gets the feeling that they genuinely could manage to force a goal here.
Good ball slid into the box by Huntelaar, but fired over the bar by Wijnaldum.
Schetkin goes off to be replaced by Khizhnichenko.
Corner to Kazakhstan, which the collected efforts of the Netherlands defence take time to clear.
Memphis wriggling his way through obstacles again there.
Netherlands looking quite sparky now, and Sneijder is lively.
His effort is cleared off the line, though - very close.
Good chance there for El Ghazi - he deserves a goal, I'd say.
Quick exchanges of passes, coherent build-up play, and Sneijder powers that over the despairing goalkeeper at an acute angle. Lovely stuff.
GOAL! What a terrific goal. Why can't the Netherlands always play like that?
Second half. Let's hope for more and better. Although maybe not more and better fouls.
Half-time. The goal was good, anyway, and El Ghazy has looked decent. Kazakhstan were solid if not that threatening; Netherlands still look mediocre.
Another good cross in from the left, which El Ghazi flings himself at, although he seems to be distracted slightly by the onrushing defenders.
And it's certainly not the fault of the pitch that Memphis is offside.
Folk always blame pitches, and it'd be a cop-out to say the Netherlands are looking wobbly and misplacing their passes because they're not used to pitches like this.
This isn't a very good game.
Still lots of stupid niggling fouls occurring all over the place. The referee has brandished his yellow card already, and one gets the feeling that the red one might get an airing if this behaviour continues.
Kazakhstan have been shaken by that goal. They'd done well in the opening half an hour, fending off Netherlands' challenges.
GOAL! Oh, there we go. El Ghazi sets it up, and Wijnaldum lashes that home from the edge of the box.
Booking for Bruma now for a foul on Schetkin.
What on EARTH did Memphis do there? Fantastic ball through from Blind, Memphis is through, goes for the near post and just sends it wide rather than slotting that home. UGH.
Another decent cross from Memphis - Huntelaar fails to connect.
The acoustics are odd in this ground but you can definitely hear the Netherlands fans, urging their team on. They've had a few good chances but not made the most of them.
Good chance for the Netherlands, Wijnaldum heading over the bar. El Ghazi set that up - he's having a good game.
Free kick in from Blind on the right, which the goalkeeper Pokatilov palms away.
Logvinenko wants to live dangerously today, it appears. Another foul there, this time on Huntelaar.
Optimistic effort from Hunterlaar veers wide.
Good shot on the volley from Engel, which stings Krul's fingers.
Corner to Kazakhstan now to be taken by Konysbayev.
Meanwhile, Netherlands have a corner, but the goalkeeper challenges well to claim under pressure.
Geteriyev replaces Islamkhan.
Islamkhan is having a seat on the turf again. One suspects he won't be able to continue.
Oh, the surface is artificial - presumably the brown is sand or pellets soaking up the puddles, in that case.
Good cross from Memphis, picking out El Ghazi at the far post, and he really should have done better with that rather than sending it wide.
Lots of gloves on show this evening. Evidently very chilly.
Islamkhan is not looking comfortable there as he limps off.
Islamkhan is prostrate on the floor after Blind challenged him through the back of his calf. Booking for him too.
Fortunately for him it's not a good one.
Logvinenko makes a great start by picking up a booking and giving away a free kick, about 15 yards outside the box.
We're told there's been heavy rain over the stadium in the last 24 hours and that would explain why the pitch looks brown.
It's quiet in the ground, and we're about to kick off after the usual formalities.
Scratch that Netherlands line-up. Cillesen was injured in the warm-up - Tim Krul takes his place in goal.
