That's it! England have won and in the process broken their record for goals scored in a qualifying campaign with 37. They had qualified before tonight and progress straight to the finals; Kosovo still have a chance to make it via the play-offs.

Another one! Dresevic slips on the edge of the Kosovo area, which gifts the ball to Kane. He finds Mount in acres of space in the area, who calmly slts the ball into the bottom corner.

There will be two additional minutes.

A lovely diagonal ball from Kane finds Rashford in space on the right. He drives into the area, beating one defender before losing it to another as a shooting chance looked on.

Tomori replaces Alexander-Arnold for England.

All of a sudden England are out of sight. Sterling gets the ball near the centre-circle and drives hard at the Kosovo defence. He lays it off to Rashford just inside the area on the left, who sweeps the ball imperiously into the bottom corner.

Rashani replaces Nuhiu for Kosovo.

Two more looks in quick succession for Kane; he just fails to connect with a cross, before seconds later his shot is deflected out for a corner.

That could be the game! Sterling gets the ball on the right, jinks pasr Rashica and drills a low cross into the area. Aliti gets a toe on it, the ball loops to the back post and Kane is there to half-volley the ball into the net.

CHANCE! Kosovo break quickly and suddenly Rashica latches on to a pass from Halimi. Pope slips as he comes out but Rice gets across to snuff out the danger and put it out for a corner.

England have a four on four break, but Winks can't connect properly with his lofted pass to Kane and Kosovo clear. That was a poor choice of pass.

Mount replaces Oxlade-Chamberlain for England, while Zhegrova comes on for Hadergjonaj for Kosovo.

Mason Mount is imminent for England, who haven't really clicked in midfield tonight.

A sensational first time ball from Halimi releases Hadergjonaj down the right. He takes it into the England area but can only hit a tame shot straight at Pope.

Rashford has been lively since his introduction, and beats two Kosovo defenders down the left as he cuts into the penalty area. He dithers over his shot though, and is robbed of the ball before he can shoot.

A change for Kosovo, as Berisha departs and is replaced by Halimi.

Kane gets Sterling free on the right of the Kosovo area. He tries to cut inside and shoot, but is robbed by a brilliant sliding challenge from Aliti.

OFF THE POST! Rashford and Chilwell combine brilliantly down the right, and the latter's shot is well saved by Muric. The ball comes out to Sterling; he cuts it back to Kane, who wallops his first time shot against the post and out from eight yards.

Hudson-Odoi leads break down the left, and cuts in to the edge of the Kosovo area before firing his shot over the bar. It's his last action, as he's replaced by Rashford.
