Evans booked for a poor tackle from behind on Bergwijn.
As it stands at the top of Group C: N.Ireland 13pts, Germany 12pts, Holland 10pts.
Oranje are beginning to move up a gear. That N.Ireland defence is being put under a bit more strain now.
Close. Babel races towards a lovely through ball but fails to control it at the crucial moment.
STAT: Six of Northern Ireland’s seven goals in EURO 2020 qualifying have come in the second half of matches.
Super defending from Saville. Dumfries ghosts in at the far post and looks set to tuck home Babel's inviting cross, but the N.Ireland man comes from nowhere to make a timely interception.

Peacock-Farrell goes in the book for time wasting.
Holland need to get this chap more involved. He's been on the periphery so far.
Better from Holland. Bergwijn injects some much needed pace into an attack down the right. He cuts inside and lays it into Babel, who in turn tees up Wijnaldum, but the Liverpool man's 20-yard shot flies way over the bar.
No real change to the tempo at the start of this half. Cillessen spooned a kick out of play in the early seconds and it allowed the away side to set up camp in the Dutch half for a bit. Not what the Oranje faithful want to see. How long until Koeman looks to his bench?
- 2nd Half
KICK OFF! The visitors restart the contest.
- End of 1st Half
HT: Holland 0-0 N.Ireland.
Bailey Peacock-Farrell easily plucks the ball out of the air after Wijnaldum had met Blind's cross with a glancing header.
The Dutch are hoping there's a sting in the tale right at the end of this half. They spring into space down the left, but Babel takes too long sizing up a shot as he cuts inside and it's easily blocked.
The Green and White army continue to work hard and maintain shape. They are close to earning a very satisfying scoreline at the break.
The away fans dare to dream at a left wing corner - but van Dijk rises above everyone to power a header clear.
Steven Bergwijn seizes upon an error in the midfield and charges through the gears. He pulls the trigger from 25 yards out but sees his fizzing drive diverted to safety by Jonny Evans.
STAT: Northern Ireland are aiming to win three consecutive away games for the first time.
Michael O'Neill will be delighted by what he has seen so far. The Dutch are struggling to create anything of real note.
First major concern for the visitors. Wijnaldum sees his rising drive brilliantly blocked by Stuart Dallas after Ryan Babel had been left free at the far post to tee up the Liverpool midfielder.
A promising attack down the right ends with the ball dropping for Paddy McNair. He wastes little time trying his luck from 25 yards out on the right, but sees his shot well blocked.
Another patient Dutch attack down the right flank is easily snuffed out by the visitors.
Northern Ireland win a couple of free kicks in deep positions, but can't make anything of the set pieces despite pushing a number of bodies forward.
The crowd are still in strong voice but Koeman must be slightly frustrated by how his side have slowed into a pedestrian pace.
DID YOU KNOW? The Feyenoord Stadium has been a fortress for the Netherlands. Oranje have won their last 14 games at 'De Kuip' according to UEFA.
Holland still dictating, but that fast tempo has settled into a more patient, probing pattern of play.
It was a fitting tribute.
Corry Evans takes a knock in the face after an accidental clash with Marten de Roon in midfield. There are a few concerned faces on the N.Ireland bench, but he seems to be okay to continue.
STAT: Northern Ireland have won four of their five EURO 2020 qualifiers. They have suffered one loss but have won both away from home. This is obviously the biggest ask yet.
HEAD-TO-HEAD: This is the seventh meeting between the nations. Holland have won three times with Northern Ireland triumphing on just the one occasion. The last time the sides locked horns, Oranje romped to a 6-0 success back in 2012.
The hosts are piling on some early pressure. Northern Ireland have found themselves dealing with some dangerous situations already down the left. Another one ends with a defensive header that drops for van Dijk, but the Liverpool defender volleys well wide from distance.
Just prior to kick off, tributes were paid to former Holland and Rangers favourite Fernando Ricksen and Dutch international Humphrey Mijnals. Both sadly passed away recently.

Earlier today, the bottom two sides in Group C played out a goalless draw.
FT: Belarus 0-0 Estonia.
Koeman on Virgil van Dijk: "He has a great personality and also one of the reasons he is the captain. He is an example for the team and an example for the nation. We are really proud to have him as a captain in the national team. Winning the title of best European player is an incredible achievement for him. He had great support from the people in Southampton. He had great support with the staff and supporters of Liverpool. They won the Champions League last season, they're doing really well and they are strong."
Michael O'Neill: "History has taught us that you have to be resolute and difficult to beat, but also carry a threat." He added: "It's an enormous challenge but it's one that the players are looking forward to."
Northern Ireland are likely to operate in a 4-5-1 system with Kyle Lafferty leading the line.
Ronald Koeman has made three changes to the side that thumped Estonia 4-0 in their last outing. Denzel Dumfries, Marten De Roon and Steven Bergwijn all start.
