Giroud staying at Chelsea, says Sarri

Maurizio Sarri has insisted Olivier Giroud is going nowhere, despite the Frenchman admitting he was frustrated with his role at the club.
The Frenchman, who moved to Stamford Bridge from Arsenal last summer, has 12 goals in all competitions this season, but only two have come in the Premier League, where he has started just seven games.
His current contract in west London expires at the end of the season and Sarri is very keen to tie him down for another year despite the 32-year-old demanding more game time.
"The club has an option for another year, another season," he told Sky.
"I spoke to the club two days ago and we agreed to exercise the option. So, he will remain.
"He cannot do anything, but I spoke with the club and I spoke with Marina [Granovskaia, Chelsea director] two days ago and Olivier will remain with us and she didn't say to me anything about this question."
Giroud is the top scorer in the Europa League with 10 goals, the last of which was on Thursday as his club set up a semi-final meeting with Eintracht Frankfurt.
