VIDEO: El-Arabi does it again against Arsenal.
What can Arsenal do to reassert that first-half authority? It's all very well lamenting errors, but there's still plenty of time left to regain the advantage.

Arsenal need to avoid the casual errors at the back in this half. They were lucky not to be punished in the first 45. Olympiakos are applying more pressure and the Gunners defence must not take unnecessary chances.
Olympiakos already look more determined to get amongst it in this half. The double change and a possible rocket from their coach seems to have had the desired effect. The hosts are on top in the early part of this period.

- Yellow cardGabrielArsenal
Gabriel booked for a foul on Valbuena.
VIDEO: Odegaard's opener.
That is a massive let off! Luiz is way too casual when trying to clear his lines inside his own area. Masouras reads it and intercepts, but lashes his shot wide of target. He should have scored.
- Yellow cardAndreas BouchalakisOlympiacos
Bouchalakis booked for tripping Aubameyang.
Indeed. The shout of 'shots on' should be the call of the day from the Arsenal players after that.
- GoalMartin ØdegaardArsenal
GOAL! Odegaard opens his Arsenal account with a thumping left-foot drive that somehow flies right through Sa.
Just over half an hour played and Arsenal have comfortably been the better side. Arteta will be disappointed they haven't made the most of some good chances and a host of set pieces in dangerous positions.
Arsenal win another free kick deep in the home side's territory. It's Saka's turn to have a pop but he fizzes a shot straight into the wall.
Aubameyang gets the nod but thunders his effort too near to Sa and the Olympiakos keeper makes a solid save.
- Yellow cardYann M'VilaOlympiacos
M'Vila booked for a late lunge. Free kick to Arsenal in a central area 25 yards from goal.
Elsewhere in the Europa League today, as good a save as you'll see.
David Luiz takes aim with 35-yard free kick but it's straight at Sa.
Partey lashes a wild 20-yard strike over the top after Olympiakos had once again failed to deal with Tierney's run and cross.
Camara sees a speculative shot from 25 yards easily blocked by Gabriel.
It's been all Arsenal in the early exchanges and they have had two great chances too. Still goalless though.
STAT: Tierney has carved out more chances from open play (35) than any other Arsenal player in all competitions this term.
OFF THE BAR! Aubameyang sees his deflected header tipped on to the bar by Sa after a superb cross from Bellerin had picked out the Gunners forward.
BIG CHANCE! Odegaard scuffs wide from a central position in the penalty area after a slick move saw Tierney pick him out from the left.
STAT: Olympiakos have won only two of their last 11 matches against English sides in major European competition (D2 L7, excluding qualifiers). However, both wins came against Arsenal, in the Champions League in September 2015 and in the Europa League in February 2020.
- 1st Half
KICK OFF! Arsenal get us up and running. Olympiakos have made a late change to their side with Masouras replacing Ba, who was injured in the warm up.
Will it be deja vu or revenge for Arteta and his charges? The players are ready and this first leg is just moments away.
Arteta has been discussing his team selection prior to kick off and feels Smith Rowe could be an impact substitute if required tonight. He said: "He's only trained one day which is yesterday so he wasn't fully ready to start the game. He's fit to give us something different if we need it from the bench."
As we continue to build up to this Europa League tie, why not catch up on the latest gossip from the continent via our Euro Papers video?
SUPER SAKA: Bukayo Saka has assisted eight goals in the Europa League since the start of last season. That is the joint-most of any player along with Sporting Braga's Wenderson Galeno, but he has played five more games than the Gunners starlet.
OPINION: Arsenal's defensive improvement has slipped ahead of make or break week for Arteta.
Ex-Arsenal defender Sokratis Papastathopoulos: “We know Aubameyang and Lacazette are great players and if they have their day they can decide a match, however, we will be the ones to win the match and have a great evening. As a far as I am concerned it is a bit bizarre, as two months ago I was team-mates with many of these guys from Arsenal. This is not something that you get every day in football. However, it is a major challenge for me. It's a new challenge and my mind is set on winning."
Mikel Arteta: “I am very positive. There is still a lot to play for ... What we need is to put four or five wins in a row, if we are able to do that then things are going to look very different in two or three weeks' time. If we don't, obviously we don't have a chance because when we have had an opportunity to do it we haven't done it consistently enough."
Olympiakos star, Bruma on Emile Smith-Rowe: “Emile’s a great player. He can turn the match in one move and unbalance everything with his skills. He still has a lot to grow and to get better, but he’s at a great team and I wish him all the best. I want him to reach his full potential.”
CONFIRMED TEAMS - OLYMPIAKOS: Jose Sa, Lala, Sokratis, Ba, Reabcluk, M’Vila, Camara, Bouchalakis, Valbuena, El-Arabi, Bruma… Subs: Karargyris, Tzolakis, Fortounis, Ahmed Hassan, Androutsos, Masouras, Drager, Holebas, Sourlis, Randjelovic. /// ARSENAL: Leno, Bellerin, Luiz, Gabriel, Tierney, Partey, Xhaka, Saka, Odegaard, Willian, Aubameyang... Subs: Ryan, Hein, Cedric, Chambers, Holding, Mari, Elneny, Ceballos, Smith Rowe, Pepe, Martinelli, Lacazette.
