FULL TIME! Arsenal win yet another FA Cup. Wenger was under pressure. He had Per Mertesacker starting his first game of the season, and his first time in a back three, and he was brillant. Sanchez and Ozil threatened, Giroud was on hand on the end. They showed bottle and resolve, and they were by far the better side. Chelsea... just didn't turn up.
A little over a minute to go for Arsenal and Chelsea now.
The ball runs out for a goal kick. Arsenal win a goal kick. Just two minutes to go.

Post! Ozil is on hand to sprint down the right, he comes onto his right foot in the box, and his clever shot to give Courtois the eyes clangs off to the post.
Arsenal attack and lose the ball. Sanchez fouls Willian, and Chelsea break. Kante dinks a ball into Hazard, who lays it up for Costa. He volleys at goal, 10 yards out, and it's straight at Ospina!
Bellerin has another chance after bursting down the right, around Luiz, but his shot is dragged just wide.

Fabregas crosses for Cahill from a corner that Hazard wins, and Cahill heads it a fair few yards over.
Ozil is dispossesed after almost turning Alonso on the edge of the box. Decent defending.
There are almost 90,000 at the ground today, which is almost 100,000.
Pedro off, Willian on.
Some sustained pressure for Arsenal now. Oxlade-Chamberlain pulls it back for Sanchez, and his shot is deflected wide.
Henry Winter is brilliantly angry.

RED CARD! Moses takes a dive, and having been already booked earlier, goes off. It wasn't an obvious dive, but the ref gets it right.
Fabregas hooks a volley at goal from the edge of the box, and it's a couple of yards wide.
Bellerin has a chance to shoot from the edge of the box as the ball runs away from everyone else. He hits a decent, low shot but Courtois pings down to save.

Fabregas will be on soon for Chelsea. Arsena win a corner on the right, but Chelsea clear any immediate danger and then win a goal kick.

Kante in the box, now, for a foul on Ramsey. Before then, Pedro whips a shot from distance that curls just wide of the post. Chelsea are growing into this.

Moses is the first Chelsea player into the book for the match. He fouled Welbeck and can have no complaints.
Arsenal break. it's three on one from the corner. Bellerin is down the right, he can cross into the middle for two waiting, and his cross is deflected, allowing Courtois to save easily.

A yellow card for Holding as he trips Costa just as he is about to get into the box. Hazard sends in the ball from the free kick, and it's headed behind for a corner.
Another good save from Ospina. Moses hits a fierce, low shot at goal and Ospina gets down smartly to save.
Ospina saves well as Kante shoots from the edge of the box. It looped off a defender's outstretched leg, and wasn't the easiest save.
Pedro has two shots blocked in the opening stages, but Arsenal are still in control.

Some people had wondered why Chelsea weren't wearing armbands.
Another Eurosport writer has picked out a bright Arsenal performer.
Moses is absolutely clattered by Oxlade-Chamberlain about 35 yards out.
Pedro slices a wild shot over the bar. It was a decent chance, but he rushed into it.
Xhaka is pushed over by Azpilicueta on the left wing. Free kick for Arsenal.
Sanchez gets behind the defence, and he waits for Welbeck to help out. Welbeck slips, forcing Sanchez to shoot and it rattles a defender's shins.
A free kick for Pedro, 40 yards out, and it drifts down towards Ospina.
Courtois claims the corner and sets Chelsea onto the counter. Arsenal clear to the halfway line.
Azpilicueta tugs Welbeck down as he ran onto a ball down the left channel. Free kick for Arsenal on the left, swung in by Sanchez. It comes out to Xhaka who volleys low at goal, and Courtois puts it around the post.
Arsenal break down the middle. Welbeck receives it on the left, and after a one-two into the box he dinks it through Courtois, and it dribbles until it's cleared off the line again by Cahill.
Ospina rushes out to block from Costa, who was in behind the defence, and is injured. He gets a little bit of treatment and is OK to continue.
Welbeck is caught by Kante by a fairly benign foul.
Pedro catches Xhaka late as the midfielder releases the ball in midfield.
Costa is tackled in the box, and he neither dives nor stamps on anyone.
Chelsea get into Arsenal's half!
Alonso puts the ball behind for a corner. Ozil swings it in, Welbeck glances it to the back post, and it rattles off the base.
Sanchez plays in Ozil. He takes a heavy touch, squeezes it over Courtois. It's dribbling towards the goal, and Cahill rushes in to clear off the line.

Welbeck holds the balll up on the left. He plays it inside for Sanchez, and his rising shot from distance is only a yard or so over the bar.
Ozil attempts a through ball to Ramsey, on the shoulder of the defence, but it's just underhit.
Chelsea do have form for giving up after winning the league.

Monreal gets booked for looking like Peter Crouch, and for blocking off Pedro's run. No, wait, it's Ramsey who is booked.
According to the Daily Mail, this is the first time that Chelsea have trailed in a FA Cup match. This season, not ever.
Costa flicks out at Holding with his leg after a foul. He should be off, because it's his usual pathetic nonsense, but Holding walks away, telling Costa to think on, son. Nothing from the Chelsea set piece.

GOAL! Arsenal 1-0 Chelsea. Sanchez scores - Sanchez loops a ball into the box, and Ramsey is there, hanging around in an offside position. Sanchez steals ahead before Ramsey touches it and dinks it past Courtois. The linesman puts his flag up, but after discussion with the referee, the goal is awarded.
Sanchez wins a corner on the right wing. Ozil takes, and Courtois claims.
The boy Adams is at the ground for Eurosport.

It's as expected for Chelsea. They have Diego Costa supported by Pedro and Hazard in attack. Kante and Matic will stop anything they can manage coming through, and the wing-backs Moses and Alonso are going to sprint up and down the wings.
Per Mertesacker is making his first start for Arsenal after a difficult year of injury and disappointment for the club captain. He'll be playing in a back three for the first time ever today. Yep, ever. Arsenal are suffering from a defensive injury crisis. Danny Welbeck is up front for Arsenal, so they will be looking to Alexis Sanchez for a reliable goal threat.
