Alexander-Arnold makes England debut, Butland and Loftus-Cheek also start against Costa Rica

Liverpool right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold has been handed his England debut against Costa Rica in the country's final friendly before the World Cup finals.
19-year-old full-back Alexander-Arnold made 33 appearances for Liverpool this season including a starting berth in the Champions League final defeat to Real Madrid last month.
Only John Stones retains his starting place from the 2-1 friendly win over Nigeria at Wembley on Saturday as Gareth Southgate shuffles his pack for England's first match at Elland Road in 16 years.
Jack Butland starts in goal with Ruben Loftus-Cheek also earning a starting berth against their fellow World Cup finalists.
Harry Maguire and Jamie Vardy are given the chance to impress as England build towards their World Cup Group G opener against Tunisia in Volgograd a week on Monday.
Harry Kane, Raheem Sterling and Dele Ali are among 15 substitutes for England that include Tom Heaton, Jake Livermore and Adam Lallana, the three players on the standby list for Russia.
England drew 0-0 with Costa Rica at the World Cup final four years ago.
