Real Madrid full-back Cicinho has revealed his Brazilian compatriot Roberto Carlos could yet stay at the club, despite the former international having announced his intentions to quit the Bernabeu.

Carlos came under fire earlier in the season following a series of disappointing displays for Los Merengues, resulting in the 34-year-old's decision in March to leave, with a return to Brazil on the cards.
But fellow defender Cicinho believes Carlos now wants to remain a Real player next season and that negotiations with the club are underway to keep him.
"Roberto is a great player, the best in the world in his position, and his desire to stay is huge," Cicinho told Spanish radio station Punte Radio.
"He is in talks with Real Madrid and he will see what is the best outcome for the two parties."
Carlos scored Real's winner against Recreativo Huelva at the weekend to keep the capital club top of the Liga table with three games to go, ahead of rivals Barcelona on head-to-head meetings.
