He may have only played 34 minutes in Chelsea’s win over Liverpool, but such was Eden Hazard’s impact that he wheeled off with the man of the match award at Anfield.

The Belgian capped a lively cameo with an early goal of the season contender as the Blues booked a spot in round four.

Picking the ball up in midfield, Hazard shrugged off the advances of two opponents, nutmegged a third during a quick one-two, humiliated another two defenders as he weaved into the box and arrowed a shot into the corner.
