Aside from Avram’s attendance, Newcastle’s ownership will be represented at the game by club director Amanda Staveley and her husband Mehrdad Ghoudoussi.

Ten Hag warns over 'annoying' threat posed by Newcastle ahead of Carabao Cup final

Avram Glazer will be at Wembley to watch Manchester United take on Newcastle United in the Carabao Cup final on Sunday.
The Athletic reports that Glazer has stated his intention to watch Erik ten Hag’s men in action, despite the current ongoing uncertainty surrounding the club’s ownership situation.
United play arguably their most defining match since losing the 2021 Europa League final to Villarreal, as they seek to end an almost six-year trophy drought.
Glazer has not watched United in person since the club suffered a 2-1 opening day defeat to Brighton & Hove Albion, which came almost a year after previously watching Cristiano’s Ronaldo’s comeback in a 4-1 win over Newcastle.
There has been plenty of speculation surrounding the club’s ownership in recent weeks, with Sheikh Jassim Bin Hamad Al Thani and Sir Jim Ratcliffe both submitted bids to take full control of the club.
Sheikh Jassim wants to take 100 per cent control of the club, but would need to identify another way to purchase the 31% per cent of shares not owned by the Glazers.
Meanwhile, Ratcliffe’s bid through his company INEOS, would see them take 69% of the shares which the Glazers control.
However, the Athletic report claims that the Glazers may not sell the club, with the proposals lower than the £6 billion sale price that has been set by merchant bank, Raine.
There is a need to renovate Old Trafford and the club’s training base at Carrington, and the cost of this could reach £2 billion.
US lender, Elliott, could provide finance for those improvements or launch a takeover bid themselves.
There may be a division within the Glazer camp, as four of the siblings - Kevin, Bryan, Edward and Darcie - all reportedly want to leave the club. It has been claimed that Avram and Joel have looked to buy them out.
Aside from Avram’s attendance, Newcastle’s ownership will be represented at the game by club director Amanda Staveley and her husband Mehrdad Ghoudoussi.
The Magpies’ trophy drought has been considerably longer than the Red Devils, after failing to win any silverware since the 1969 Inter-Cities Fairs Cup.
Their last appearance in a domestic cup final was back in 1999 when a Newcastle side managed by Ruud Gullit were beaten 2-0 by Manchester United, who were went onto claim an historic treble.
