Barcelona to debut gold World Champions badge against Real Betis

Barcelona will wear the gold badge of Club World Cup winners for the first time when they face Real Betis in La Liga on Wednesday night.

Even sweeter for Barça is that they take the badge from arch-rivals Real Madrid, who won last year’s edition following their 10th European Cup triumph.

Barcelona claimed their 3rd Club World Cup title with a 3-0 win over River Plate on 20 December, with one goal from Lionel Messi and two from Luis Suarez.
