Neymar will not return to Barcelona in the near future, according to the club’s general manager Pep Segura.

Speaking in an interview with Spanish outlet Caduna Ser, Segura said: “I have already said that no player that leaves [Barcelona] for money will return.”
Neymar left Barcelona for Ligue One side Paris Saint Germain in 2017 for a record fee of €222 million.
However, Segura went on to say that the circumstances regarding Neymar were “totally different”.
He added: “We must always evaluate the circumstances of the market and assess what is best for us.”
In the same interview, Segura was dismissive of reports linking France international Ousmane Dembele with Liverpool.
He said: “If you have information about the British press, ask the British press. If you have information about Liverpool, ask Liverpool.”
"It's true that I had a meeting with Dembele’s representatives. But yesterday I had three meetings with three representatives - my job is to meet with representatives.”
He admitted that the forward, who signed with the Liga club for £135m in 2017, had struggled to adapt to the club, but added: “It’s a normal situation for a young player who is very talented and has come to a very big club.”
