Chimy Avila goes full Jack Grealish by scoring identical volley to Villa star

Argentine forward Chimy Avila scored a stunning volley against Eibar in La Liga which drew striking similarities to Jack Grealish’s wonder goal against Derby.

When Grealish banged in that unstoppable volley from a corner against Derby at the start of March, you couldn’t help but think it might be a while until we saw a goal of such quality again.

But it was a mere six weeks.

And that goal is just as good. In fact it is pretty much the exact same goal.

Like Grealish, SD Huesca’s Chimy Avila lurks on the edge of the area, looking to hide away from his marker. And he does so, with almost ninja-like stealth, to peel away and receive the ball from the corner before hammering it into the net.
