Thibaut Courtois was never likely to enjoy a comfortable afternoond during the Madrid derby.
But even the Real Madrid goalkeeper must have been slightly taken aback by the extent of the reaction from the Atletico fans.
The Real stopper was making his first appearance at the Wanda Metropolitano since moving back to Spain from Chelsea, and the supporters of his former club clearly haven't forgiven him for the betrayal.
Courtois was roundly booed and whistled whenever he featured, while some fans went even further, pelting him with toy rats as a symbol of their discuss.
A plaque bearing Courtois' name outside the ground also suffered a long and difficult afternoon...
