Emerson's cross just evades Joaquin but Atleti concede the corner. Losing Carrasco from the left has allowed Betis more freedom down the right.

Joao Felix is down. Not what Simeone will want. The half time whistle has gone. Atleti started and ended the half well and will be friustrated to be level.

Really poor ball from Koke to Hermoso sees the latter dispossessed, but as has been the issue throughout this half, Betis can't break at pace.

Betis are lacking intensity and Atleti have regained contol. Another key run by Correa results in a cross which is half cleared.

You can see why Atleti have won every game without Suarez, despite his goals. Felix and Correa are finding very good positions and pulling Betis' defence apart. Carrassco really profiting.

CHANCE! Koke finds Trippier with a brilliant pass. The Englishman switches the play to Correa, who has the beating of Bartra. His cross, again, finds Bravo.

Poor moment all round. Awful pass sees Betis defence surrender possession to Correa, who shoots wildly from distance in spite of the fact he was in space.

Hector Herrera's free kick is quick and finds Carrasco, who feeds Correa. His cross is straight at Claudio Bravo.

Interesting to see Joao Felix picking up a deeper space between defence and midfield. Hw's seeing a lot of the ball and causing some issues.

Atleti ease mounting pressure, winning a free kick after Ruibal fouls Saul.

Late flag against Correa but better movement from him. He comes out to the left and looks for Saul. Felix involved, too.

Gimenez heads Alex Moreno\'s corner away. Betis are beginning to push forward and find Fekir a little. Atletico cannot afford to drop too deep.

CHANCE! Brilliant cross by Hermoso is met by Saul, but he can't find the net with his header. All Atleti here, they've been fantastic.

Nabil Fekir will be a huge player for Betis tonight, but they do tend to struggle for goals. Sergio Canales is their top scorer with seven this term.

Huge blow for Atleti to be without their top scorer today. Big chance for Correa, Felix must take some control, too. Fiver in midfield, as it looks, could give them a foothold.

Betis' slim Champions League hopes are fading. But their form is good heading into this one. They've won four of their last six.

It won't be easy for the visitors tonight, though. Los Rojiblancos have won just twice in their last six in all competitions.

After watching El Clasico last night and seeing Real Madrid usurp them at the top of the league, Atleti, who have been shaky of late, will be desperate to hit back immediately.
