Youngster Samir Nasri has announced his intention to remain with Marseille for one more season before he makes a move abroad.
The recently elected Young Player of the Year says he is looking forward to playing Champions League football with Marseille next year and will only move to a bigger club once he has gained more experience.
Real Madrid are reportedly interested in taking the playmaker - with whom comparisons with Zinedine Zidane are constantly made - to the Bernabeu, but the rising star is contracted to OM for another two seasons.
"My wish is to stay one more season and to play the Champions League with L'OM," Nasri explained. "I feel great here.
"L'OM are a club capable to make me progress. I haven't proved my worth in Ligue 1 yet.
"After, I would like to play aboard. But it would be a suicide to move at the age of 19. I don't know a lot of players who succeed abroad at that age."
Marseille qualified for next season's Champions League for the first time for three years with a 2-1 win at St Etienne last weekend.
