Unai Emery to leave PSG this summer

Unai Emery has announced he will leave Paris Saint-Germain at the end of the season.
"I have communicated to the players my departure," the Spanish manager said. "I thank President Nasser Al-Khelaïfi, sports director Antero Henrique, supporters and all players for these two seasons."
Emery was tasked with turning PSG into a dominant force in Europe after leading Sevilla to three consecutive Europa League triumphs. However, despite significant investment, his continental adventures were disappointing.
PSG bowed out to Real Madrid in the last 16 this season, while his spell will unfortunately be best remembered for the harrowing exit to Barcelona in 2017 – which saw his side blow a 4-0 first leg lead.
Former Borussia Dortmund manager Thomas Tuchel is the favourite to take over at Parc des Princes, although Emery’s departure will inevitably fuel talk around the departing Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger.
Emery guided PSG to the Ligue 1 title this season, while they meet third-tier Les Herbiers in the French Cup final in May.
His relationship with world-record signing Neymar dominated column inches in the French capital, but he insisted the Brazilian wanted to stay at PSG, saying he wanted to "evolve and grow" with the club.
