Pep Guardiola rued errors that have seen his team go four games without a win after their 4-0 defeat by Barcelona on Wednesday in the Champions League, but the Spaniard was happy with their spirit, he said.

Speaking to BT Sport after Wednesday's match, Guardiola said when asked if he had been punished for his own mistakes, he said: "On that level it’s hard but until the 10 against 11 [when Claudio Bravo was sent off] the game was open.
"We were competing against a very good team with huge personality," he added.
Though he felt the team played well, Bravo's sending off was the catalyst he thought.
He said: "We created enough chances to score goals, and after that [Bravo's sending off] the game was over."
Guardiola said City had made other fatal errors in their last four games, but praised their attitude.
"Every game since Glasgow [where they drew 3-3 against Celtic] something like that has happened: missed penalties, own goals, that kind of thing - we have to change the dynamic."
He added: "But when I ask me team to play with personality, we did it."
