It ends Arsenal 0-0 Southampton, and the Gunners slip to five points behind leaders Leicester City in the Premier League table. The Southampton fans celebrate Lee Mason's final whistle, and a fourth consecutive clean sheet in the Premier League.

Bellerin gets the ball down the right but Forster again is across to catch his cross from the touchline.

Koscielny overhits a pass to Sanchez down the flank and the pressure is relieved on Southampton.

Targett flicks the ball in, but Juanmi and then Pelle are unable to work Cech from Long's pass. Good defending from Arsenal.

Ramsey tries to thread a pass through, but van Dijk steps out with the ball, carries the ball 40 yards and wins a throw.

Ozil finds Ramsey, but again Forster makes the block. Six minutes of additional time at the Emirates.

Wanyama with another poor challenge on Sanchez, but Mason doesn't show a yellow card. He then does bring out the yellow card for Gabriel for a challenge on Targett.

Coquelin gets a yellow card for a late challenge on Long, just two minutes after coming on.

Mane is replaced by Matt Targett as Koeman tries to secure the point.

Coquelin replaces Flamini at the base of the Arsenal midfield. Another poor Ozil corner is cleared - that was the 13th Arsenal corner of the match.

SAVE: Forster makes another save, then Ozil and Sanchez are smothered off the ball by literally seven lime-green shirts. Last-gasp defending from the Saints.

Cech clutches the ball at the second attempt from Bertrand's free-kick, following Flamini's trip on Cedric.

Van Dijk and Giroud exchange words following a clash - Juanmi is on for Ward-Prowse for Southampton.

Arsenal fans looking on the dark side of life..

Arsenal have a free-kick from Ozil, and Forster again makes a tip-over save from Ramsey. Southampton clear Ozil's unconvincing near-post corner and Mane can break.

Wanyama whacks Alexis, but again Mason doesn't bring out the card, to the frustration of the Chilean. Wanyama is the man who head clears Sanchez's free-kick into the area.

Long tries an effort that hits Gabriel's hand in the box, but referee Mason says no penalty as the Brazilian was so close he couldn't pull his arm away.

The Arsenal fans are furious - Fonte is patched up and back on, but that took two minutes out of the game.

The physio is on to treat Fonte, who clashed heads with Ward-Prowse when trying to defend a corner.
