De Gea wrong-footed as a Lukaku free-kick takes a big deflection off Bastian Shcweinsteiger and flies wide of the post.

Manchester City are now 2-0 up at home to Bournemouth thanks to goals from Wilfried Bony and Raheem Sterling so United will not be going top.

Romelu Lukaku wants a penalty when Chris Smalling puts his hands all over him in the box and tugs on his shirt. It was a bit weak to be honest.

A mixed start for United. They've shown some intent going forwad but Steven Naismith has also had a shot which deflected wide. United are defending high and Everton look keen to get in behind.

Mata swings in a free-kick from the right after Rooney makes a dummy run over the ball but Everton clear with ease.

Anthony Martial has really looked the part for United so far but he has been moved out of the No. 9 position to accommodate Rooney in a central role. Martial takes the place of Memphis.
