Stoke sign teenage winger Ramadan Sobhi from Egyptian champions

Stoke have signed Egypt winger Ramadan Sobhi from Al Ahly.

The 19-year-old joins for a fee that could rise to £5million and is manager Mark Hughes’ first signing of the summer.
Sobhi has played for Egypt six times and joins from the champions of the country.
Chief Executive Tony Scholes told the club’s website: “We are absolutely delighted to have signed a player of Ramadan’s undoubted quality and potential.
“He’s a special young talent who is excited about the prospect of making an impact in the Premier League and we’re looking forward to giving him that platform.”
