Hello and welcome to LIVE updates of the Premier League clash between Burnley and Chelsea at Turf Moor. The Blues can move 12 points clear at the summit with a victory, but the Clarets have been superb at home and can break into the top 10 if they pull off the upset. Kick off 13.30 GMT.

FT: Burnley 1 Chelsea 1. The Blues move 10 points clear at the top after being held by a Clarets side who once again showed how strong they are on home turf. The visitors looked on course to go 12 points ahead of Spurs when Pedro opened the scoring early on, but Brady's brilliant free kick on his full home debut earned a share of the spoils.

Fabregas booked for tugging back Barnes as Burnley looked to counter attack.

It's looking like Chelsea will miss out on that 12 point lead at the top. Still, most teams would take 10 at this stage of the season with just 13 games to play.

Barton booked for catching Willian.

A bit of head tennis in and around the Chelsea box. Solid and disciplined defending though. No joy for Dyche's men.

CHELSEA CHANGE: Michy Batshuayi on for Pedro.

Michy Batshuayi set to come on for the visitors. They continue to dominate the ball in the latter stages, but haven't really looked as threatening as you'd expect.

Neat approach play from Kante, Costa and Fabregas ends with Pedro curling a first time attempt from the left of the area way over.

There have been few clear cut openings in this half. Chelsea probing. Can they sneak a winner?

That change suggest Dyche is still after a winner here. Great to see both sides are reluctant to settle.

BURNLEY CHANGE: Vokes on for Gray.

At the other end Arfield almost blocks his way through on goal but can't quite get enough on his sliding challenge to get an effort away on Courtois' goal. More good centre forward play from Barnes in the build up there.

Azpilicueta lunges in on Ward as the defender blocked. Burnley want action but the referee is happy it was a bid to charge down the ball.

Don't forget, Burnley have a penchant for late goals this term too. It's Chelsea pressing at this point though...
