Conte demands Chelsea backing

We start with quotes from Chelsea manager Antonio Conte which are all across the papers. Conte has said that he would like to receive a public statement of support from the Chelsea board as rumours continue to swirl about his future. The Italian did point out that this hasn't happened in the past so there's no reason why it should happen for him.
Paper Round's view: As the piece points out that last sentence isn't actually true, the club did give public backing to Jose Mourinho in 2015, shortly before sacking him. This is just another thorn in the relationship between Conte and the board and it's hard to see this lasting beyond the end of the season.

Mourinho says no more strikers needed

We now move to Old Trafford with some quotes from Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho who has said that there is no need to sign a striker in the summer following the arrival of Alexis Sanchez. The Sun have an exclusive that Celtic and Rangers are going head-to-head to try and sign Sunderland youngster Ethan Robson, whose contract is up at the end of the season.
Paper Round's view: It's not the biggest transfer story in the world but it will be interesting to see how this one plays out. Celtic may seem the obvious choice given their success and dominance right now but any victory will be valuable for Rangers.

McClaren lined up for Leeds job

We end in The Mirror where it is reported that Steve McClaren is a contender for the Leeds job after Thomas Christiansen was sacked on Sunday. McClaren was watching Leeds on Saturday and he is one of the managers under consideration.
Paper Round's view: McClaren is certainly an experienced manager but his record in terms of promotion does leave a lot to be desired...
