Sanchez to see out contract and leave for free
We start with The Mirror who report that Alexis Sanchez has been dropping hints to friends and team-mates that he is going to have to accept Arsenal's stance that he will not be sold this summer. Sanchez will reportedly see out his contract and then leave on a free transfer when he will be able to command a higher wage.

Paper Round's view: Is this a sign that this saga is finally coming to an end? Probably not until the transfer window closes but Arsenal deserve credit for their tough stance over Sanchez. There must be a hope within the club's hierarchy that he may be persuaded to stay, or at the very least he'll be able to help them back into the Champions League.
Conte wants Van Dijk and others
We stay with The Mirror who report that Antonio Conte still wants more signings and hopes it will begin with Virgil van Dijk. After defeat to Arsenal in the Community Shield Conte reportedly hopes to have more names in his squad before the window closes.
Paper Round's view: It's been a tough old summer for Conte after winning the league but on the other hand surely he could bulk out his squad more if he used some of the youth/loan players? But no, none of them will actually get a chance with the first-team...
Koeman confirms Sigurdsson deal is close
In The Sun there are quotes from Everton manager Ronald Koeman who has confirmed that a deal to sign Gylfi Sigurdsson is close now after negotiations have dragged on for most of the summer. He also said he wouldn't want the spending to end there.
Paper Round's view: It's time this saga came to an end and if it means Everton paying a ridiculous fee for Sigurdsson so be it. The 27-year-old brings a very specific skill-set to Everton and if Koeman plays to that he'll have a very good player on his hands.
Stoke agree Choupo-Moting deal
We end with The Mail who report that Stoke City have agreed a deal to sign Jean-Eric Choupo-Moting on a three-year contract. The forward, who can play out wide or through the middle, was at Stoke on Sunday completing a medical and will sign on a free transfer from Schalke.
Paper Round's view: Choupo-Moting is clearly a replacement for Marko Arnautovic and financially this deal makes perfect sense given they sold the Austrian for £25 million and signed his replacement on a free.
