Ibe takes it, Ake jumps, and heads over the bar.
One final corner kick for the hosts.
Afobe replaces Fraser for the last few seconds.
Bertrand prepares to take a throw, and it slips from his grasp, much to everyone's amusement, even his.
And a wild shot from range from Romeu as three minutes of additional time are announced.
Both sides pressing for the decider now. Fraser looks for Wilson at one end.
Before that's taken, Davis is replaced by Gabbiadini.
Ake upends Lemina, who's holding the top of his head. No free kick, just a throw not far from the corner flag.
And now Austin is well offside as Redmond tries to play him through again.
CLOSE! So close for Austin as well, coming in at the near post to meet a great ball from Redmond, and he can't get his head on that properly.
Redmond has been lively this second half, and has an optimistic shot from distance here.
Almost immediate impact from Lemina here, but probably not the sort he wants.
King lets rip with a shot, parried by Forster, and it just bounces off Wilson's feet - he doesn't have time to see that let alone sort his legs out.
A second change for Southampton - Lemina replaces Tadic.
Nathan Ake gets caught in possession on the edge of the box, and Southampton win another corner.
Fraser hits a ball far too long - that looks like panic after Southampton have been dominating possession for the last 15 minutes.
Callum Wilson replaces Jermain Defoe, Jordon Ibe replaces Junior Stanislas.
CLOSE! And that's the wrong ball from Bertrand on the left - if he'd squared that rather than sending it diagonally, Austin would have tucked that home.
Long ball forward for Redmond to chase, but he's not quick enough to get there and the keeper gathers instead.
- GoalCharlie AustinSouthampton
GOAL! Equaliser from Charlie Austin, who has far too much space in the box and turns that home cutely.
Begovic punches the corner as far as Pied on the edge of the box, but his shot is wild.
Southampton are scrambling for that equaliser, and Tadic looks exasperated that he hasn't been able to find that final touch.
Smith cuts it back to Stanislas ont he edge of the box, who plays a subtle shot - but it takes a slight deflection and gives Forster something to think about low to his left.
Romeu is outpaced by King, and then hauls down Smith to give away a free kick. No booking, just a talking-to.
King is putting the pressure on Hoedt again, hoping for another slip-up.
All very end-to-end now, and the pace has picked up hugely.
It all gets a bit scrambly, bobbles across the face of goal and it's Stanislas himself who can't get to the far post in time to tap home.
Free kick, and Stanislas again shapes to take it.
Excellent cross-field ball from substitute Redmond to the feet of Boufal, who shoots and Begovic smothers.
Boufal is not having a good day thus far, a pass straight into touch there.
And Southampton get us under way.
Nathan Redmond replaces James Ward-Prowse for the second half.
HALF-TIME. Well, that was an incident-packed first half. Bournemouth go in one up but they'll feel that they should have had that penalty, and Southampton have had plenty of their own chances that they've failed to take.
One minute to be added on here.
Ironic cheers from the Bournemouth fans as Bertrand does all the hard work, finding Boufal in space, who blazes his shot high and wide.
- GoalRyan FraserBournemouth
GOAL! Hoedt takes too much time, slips over, and King seizes upon the opportunity, eventually playing in Fraser, who slides the ball into the back of the net, nicely under the keeper. A nicely worked goal.
Fraser has a nasty landing on his back after tangling with Pied.
CLOSE! Daniels lets fly, cutting the shot across the face of goal and skimming the far post.
Van Dijk jumps to head clear, and it eventually falls to Smith, about 20 yards out, who doesn't have enough time to compose himself or control the ball properly, and his shot is poor.
Smith swings in a ball from the right but it's cleared immediately, and Cook has another go.
Southampton are now shouting for a penalty up the other end for handball, but that would have been incredibly harsh - Francis was turning away when the ball struck him on the arm.
DRAMA! Bournemouth think they should have a penalty, but Jon Moss has given the decision the other way, and booked Smith, presumably for falling over Boufal's outstretched leg. That looks a bad decision to me.
Stanislas has a free kick chance, a way outside the edge of the box, and takes his time preparing for it. He hits it - and it takes a series of odd deflections before going out of play for a throw.
Ball in from Boufal on the left, and Austin gets himself in a knot - looked like Tadic fancied a crack at that had he been given the opportunity.
Fraser is looking to cut in from the left, but that gets stopped and it's a free kick to Southampton.
Bournemouth are really pushing now, with Lewis Cook having a shot from about 25 yards out, but he doesn't get enough dip on it and it sails over the bar.
And then he does well again to save from Ake after the resulting corner. Busy.
SAVE! Great goalkeeping from Forster - Smith's shot is deflected by Defoe, and the keeper is aware and alert.
Comfortable header back to Forster from Hoedt.
Ake looks like he thinks he's been fouled by Austin on the halfway line, but the referee is not interested.
Pied is putting in some great balls from the right, showing a great touch twice over here, but he hasn't got enough pace on it for Tadic to direct his header.
Ake is having a go at some attacking duties now, but his distribution there leaves much to be desired.
CLOSE! Excellent leap from van Dijk, running in from the back post to head wide.
Corner to Southampton as Ake thwarts Pied again, who's seeking out Tadic at the far post.
Lots of long balls being hefted about here by both sides.
Fraser and Daniels are combining well for Bournemouth at the moment, using the left side of the pitch well, but no final ball yet.
Boufal is twisting and turning down the left, and Bournemouth and closing him down in numbers.
The visitors are doing all the pressing at the moment.
The ball pings around but it's finally cleared.
Free kick to Southampton after a challenge from Defoe on Romeu.
Good defending from Nathan Ake, getting to the ball ahead of Austin.
Hefty kicking from Forster in these early minutes, seeking out Austin centrally.
It's a lovely sunny day on the south coast, by the way.
The teams are lining up in the tunnel.
Mauricio Pellegrino: "We have to see the positive things. I think we competed really well against [Manchester City]...we had a chance to score more goals and try to get something. Hopefully we can bounce back from this performance."
Eddie Howe says he's freshened the team up. "I think it's a good game for us, hopefully the crowd will really get involved...At home, against Southampton, I think it should be a really good atmosphere today."
