Mesut Ozil and Cesc Fabregas could be leaving the Premier League for pastures new, according to Tuesday’s look at the papers.

Ozil off to Turkey

Mesut Ozil has been linked with a January switch to Fenerbahce, with the Daily Mail among the papers picking up on reports from Turkey stating that the midfielder could be set to leave Arsenal. The 29-year-old’s future under Unai Emery remains uncertain, with the German said to have failed to impress the new head coach during the Spaniard's first few months at the club.
Paper Round’s view: Not a transfer rumour we expected to read in September, but seeing Manchester United also linked with Ozil brings back memories of gossip columns gone by. There is no way of really knowing how Emery truly feels about the midfielder, unless he comes out and puts the record straight. We’ll wait and see in January, it seems.

Cesc off to Italy

AC Milan will make a surprise January move for Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas, according to the Mirror. The Spaniard is unlikely to earn a new deal at Stamford Bridge, and with his current contract running out at the end of the season, the Premier League club will look to cash in on the 31-year-old during the mid-season transfer window.
Paper Round’s view: After fighting his way back into Antonio Conte’s plans, Fabregas finds himself in a similar scenario under Maurizio Sarri. He has appeared only in the Community Shield defeat to Manchester City, and with Jorginho and N’Golo Kante for company in the centre of midfield, it looks like Fabregas’ second spell in England is coming to an end.

Wolves heading for the door?

According to the Mirror, Juventus are keen on Wolves duo Diogo Jota and Ruben Neves, with the latter also reportedly attracting interest from both Manchester City and Manchester United. Neves joined Wolves from Porto for £15.8m last summer, but has been priced at £60m in the reports after an impressive season (and a bit) in the Midlands.
Paper Round’s view: A handful of games in the Premier League and already clubs are seeing what some of these Wolves players are made of. It is no surprise to those who watch the Championship, and Wolves will be glad to see such lofty price-tags placed next to their players when it could have been for far less in the past season.

Spurs eye Chilwell

Tottenham are monitoring Leicester left-back Ben Chilwell, according to the Telegraph. The defender has been called up to England’s senior squad for Tuesday’s friendly against Switzerland, and his impressive form has made him a target for Mauricio Pochettino, who is keeping tabs on the youngster.
Paper Round’s view: A call-up to the England squad and interest swirls around Chilwell. Well, not quite swirls, but it seems like convenient timing. He reportedly attracted interest from Chelsea and Arsenal in the past, and it will be interest to track his progress with the big boys watching his every kick.
