Burnley moved out of the relegation zone as a Chris Wood double helped them to a 3-1 win over Brighton.
It was Sean Dyche's men who took the lead when Wood seized on a slip from Lewis Dunk to slam the ball over Matt Ryan’s head in goal.
Both sides had chances for more, and Jeff Hendrick had to clear the ball off the line from Shane Duffy’s powerful header.

In the second half, Brighton stepped up the pressure as they chased an equaliser, but a Burnley break allowed Wood to get his seventh league goal of the season.
There was controversy for Burnley’s third, when Ashley Barnes converted a penalty, awarded seconds after Brighton should have had a penalty of their own when Jeff Hendrick handled in the ball in the Burnley box but both referee and linesman missed it.
Two minutes later Shane Duffy pulled one back for the home side.
The win sees Burnley move into 15th, on 27 points with Brighton one place above them.
TALKING POINT
Should Brighton have had a penalty? They can feel aggrieved that they were not given a spot-kick of their own when Burnley’s Hendrick clearly handled the ball in the box. It could have sparked a recovery and prevented Burnley’s third goal, and earned them a much-needed point.

Chris Wood (Burnley): Two finishes were close to the goalkeeper and another player might have saved them both, but Wood struck them firmly enough to get them both into the net. With the arrival of Peter Crouch, Wood has done himself no harm to demonstrate his credentials as Burnley’s top scorer for the season so far.

26’ - GOAL! Brighton 0-1 Burnley. Wood scores - Barnes has the ball on the left, and he quickly spins and sends a ball over the top. Dunk slips, Wood collects and has space to attack the 'keeper, and the striker firmly sends the ball over his head and into the back of the net.
58’ - GROSS SHOT - Gross curls in a corner, Heaton punches it clear to Montoya. It's crossed back in again, eventually comes to Gross who is now on the edge of the box, and he curls an effort over the far top corner.
62’ - GOAL! Brighton 0-2 Burnley. Wood scores - That could be the three points for Burnley as Wood gets his second. McNeil advances down the middle, lays it off to Wood, and he calmly slots a low shot past Ryan who can't keep it out despite getting a hand to it.
72’ - PENALTY! And there's a lot of controversy here as Brighton want one at their end. Barnes has the penalty after attempting to round Ryan, who pulled him down. But at the other end Hendrick handballed after Murray flicked the ball towards him in the penalty spot. The ref ignored it, and here we are.
74’ - GOAL! Brighton 0-3 Burnley. Barnes scores - He takes a gentle run up before drilling it to his left, under the diving 'keeper.
76’ - GOAL! Brighton 1-3 Burnley. Duffy scores - Duffy races towards an inswinging free kick from Knockaert, into the six-yard box, and stoops to diving head the ball past Heaton to pull one back.
