The Belgian made the comments ahead of Chelsea's clash against City at Stamford Bridge on Saturday evening.
Hazard is close to entering the last 18 months of his current Chelsea contract and has recently been linked to a move away to Real Madrid and Premier League rivals, Manchester City and Manchester United.
The 27-year-old praised the Premier League leaders in an interview with Belgian broadcaster Play Sports.
"City are all about team play. You can see a lot of movement from them that creates spaces. They get their crosses in and I think they have more answers that way. They also create more chance and score more goals."
Hazard then either dropped a hint on his future or confidently addressed himself as an advantage for Chelsea ahead of the match on Saturday.
But it's true - they don't have an Eden Hazard. That is the difference.
Is the Chelsea man angling a move to Manchester City or is he simply brimming with self-confidence ahead of his toughest match of the season so far?
