Manchester United are not for sale amid apparent interest from Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, according to Sky Sports.
Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman is among the richest men in the world and has been linked with a move to invest in a leading European football club.
Manchester City have been owned by Abu Dhabi's Crown Prince Sheikh Mansour since 2008 while Qatar's ruling family own French champions Paris Saint-Germain.
The Glazer family bought United for around £790m in 2005, and the Old Trafford club is valued at £3bn.
An offer of £4bn would be required to purchase United, according to the report.
United enjoy a record revenue of £590m in June 2018 with a debt of £487m as part of the Glazer family's leveraged buy-out.
