Everybody is aware of the term 'new-manager bounce'. It's a term to describe the flurry of good results following the hiring of a new coach at a football club.

Jose Mourinho and his negative energy were banished from Old Trafford less than two weeks ago but United seem like a completely different team under caretaker manager and club legend Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

There's a positive atmosphere around the club now. Everything and anything associated with the club is turning to gold.

It's the new-manager bounce.

Not only is the mood positive, but the results are outstanding. There's been three back-to-back wins and the team has scored 12 goals, which was unheard of this season under the miserable management of Mourinho.

The supporters can't stop praising their new coach.

So many players have improved under Solskjaer.

It's hard to argue against hiring Solskjaer on a permanent basis if this run of results continues.
