FULL TIME: It's all over - West Ham have inflicted a first defeat on Spurs at their new stadium! And what consequences could it have on Mauricio Pochettino's top-four hopes?

90'+4

OFF THE LINE! Foyth delivers a precise cross to Janssen at the back post and his header from point-blank range is hacked off the line by Balbuena!

90'+2

West Ham would be worthy winners today. At times this season they have been excellent and this has been a stand-out performance.

90'

There will be FOUR minutes added on here!

89'

Spurs are getting desperate now. Janssen's tame shot is easily collected by Fabianski. If fifth-placed Arsenal can snatch a victory at Leicester on Sunday they would close the gap on their fierce rivals to just one point with two games to play...

87'

CHANCE! That would have been a collector's item! Diop races out of defence with a mazy run and somehow finds himself one-on-one with the goalkeeper. He takes the shot early and Lloris gets the faintest of touches to push it behind.

The impressive Noble, a candidate for the Man of the Match, is replaced by Angelo Ogbonna. Meanwhile, Victor Wanyama comes on for Alli.

84'

They wouldn't have taken a point at kick-off, but Spurs would be delighted with a draw now. They have just over five minutes to find an equaliser.

82'

SAVE! Lloris to the rescue once more. Antonio beats Davies for pace to latch onto Noble's pass, but his venomous shot from a tight angle is saved by Lloris' leg.

80'

GREAT EFFORT! Arnautovic wriggles inside the box to find space for a shot and he curls a beauty towards the bottom corner but Lloris is on hand to make a great stop. The Austrian may have hurt himself in the process.

79'

Anderson tries to slip it through to Antonio but Eriksen is back there fulfilling his defensive duties and makes an important interception.

77'

Janssen joins Llorente in an unusual Spurs strike force. Can he make an impact?

74'

BLOCK! That's as good as a goal! Alli threads a clever ball into the path of Llorente and he shoots first time but Fredericks races across to make a last-ditch intervention.

73'

As it stands Tottenham would remain third, but fifth-placed Arsenal would only be four points behind with a game in hand.

71'

Eriksen slips a lovely through-ball into the path of Llorente but he's in an offside position. Spurs have less than 20 minutes now to grab an equaliser and what could be a precious point.

69'

'Come on you Spurs' sing the home supporters, determined to get their side going. A top-four place could have been all but secured with a victory today, but a defeat would have Pochettino sweating over their final standing.

  • Michail Antonio

Fernando Llorente replaces Moura in Spurs' first change.

64'

But here come West Ham, determined to grab one on the break. Snodgrass bends one to the far post but Alderweireld is well positioned to head clear.

63'

Spurs are beginning to click into gear again. It's the hosts who are creating the most opportunities now. An opening goal may not be far away.

60'

BLOCK! Eriksen makes a mess of a free-kick and the Hammers break, led by the energetic Antonio who eats up a lot of ground with a silky run. He centres it to Anderson whose shot is charged down by the back-tracking Moura!

58'

NO PENALTY! Son tries to cut inside Masuaku but goes down inside the box. The West Ham defender simply stood his ground and it looks like Son threw himself to the floor. No penalty is the right call.

56'

Here comes Alli again, going beyond Rice but he's forced wide by Diop and forced to play it back.

55'

Alli goes on a mazy run and breaks into the West Ham penalty area, he tries to stand up a cross to Rose at the far post but the visitors have enough defenders back to clear.

52'

The Hammers counter and win a free-kick on the left after Anderson is fouled by Sanchez. Snodgrass whips in a lovely cross, it falls to Diop but the referee spots an infringement in a packed Tottenham penalty area and awards the hosts a free-kick.

51'

Eriksen spots the run of Alli behind the defence but his lobbed pass is intercepted by the head of Balbuena.

50'

SHOT! Arnautovic has finally woken up now. An outrageous first-touch sets him up invitingly for a shot from 25 yards, but he doesn't quite connect with it how he would have wanted to and Lloris makes an easy save.

49'

In a tight space, Noble shows a lovely bit of footwork and draws the foul from Eriksen. The Hammers have a free-kick close to the corner flag.

48'

BLOCK! But here is Arnautovic, on the right. He picks up a delightful pass from Noble and cuts it back to Fredericks, whose effort is deflected behind for a corner.

47'

Arnautovic, who made only seven touches in the first-half, is flagged offside. The Austrian's form this calendar year has been quite ridiculous, given his ability - he hasn't found the net since January.

HALF TIME

And that is that for the first-half. It's Tottenham 0-0 West Ham.

45'

SHOT! Anderson lets fly with a venomous shot from distance, it takes a deflection off Alderweireld, almost wrong-footing Lloris but the Frenchman sorts his feet out quickly to make a save.

44'

Alli goes to ground after appearing to be clipped by Balbuena on the edge of the box, but the referee allows play to continue. It comes out to Foyth whose drive from distance is wide.

43'

Rose delivers a first-time volleyed cross but Balbuena clears.

42'

The ball is shifted to Son on the right, who has acres of space to move into. However, he takes too long on the ball and Snodgrass tracks back to win possession for West Ham. Son then makes a frustrated late challenge on Snodgrass, but escapes a yellow ard.

41'

Lloris slices his clearance and the ball goes out for a West Ham throw-in. Pochettino isn't happy.

39'

Snodgrass whips in a cross from the left, searching for Antonio, but Davies reacts quicker and makes a vital interception.

38'

Foyth takes a heavy touch but it turns out to be a lovely pass for Son! However, the South Korean international is an offside position.

36'

GREAT CHANCE! West Ham almost shoot themselves in the foot, losing the ball in the box as Diop's clearance is blocked by Son. It comes back to Eriksen who blasts a shot at goal but Fabianski off his line quickly to make the save.

35'

Noble threads a lovely ball to Antonio with the outside of his boot, but Sanchez makes a lovely challenge to dispossess the Englishman.

34'

Antonio does well to skip past a challenge in midfield but then overcooks his diagonal pass to Anderson.

32'

Of Spurs' last 28 goals, 22 of them have been scored in the second-half...

31'

Alli tries to release Son with an ambitious ball zipped down the channel but Diop reads it well and makes the interception. Alli doesn't look entirely match fit today.

30'

Spurs have had 67 per cent of possession so far, but with only one shot on target they will have wanted to work Fabianski more with half an hour on the clock.

Snodgrass goes into the book for a late challenge on Moura. He's the first player to be shown a yellow card this afternoon.

25'

CLOSE! Moura is left all alone on the right side of the penalty area, he tries his luck with a powerful shot. It looks like it's creeping in but curls just wide of Fabianski's far post.

24'

BLOCK! Son races forward, plays a lovely give-and-go with Moura to set him up for the shot, but it takes a deflection and Spurs have a corner, which comes to little.

23'

Antonio tries an ambitious shot from distance but it's never troubling Lloris. West Ham have already had six attempts on goal, that's more than Brighton had in the entire 90 minutes against Spurs on Tuesday night.

22'

A promising Spurs move comes to nothing. Foyth drives forward on the right, exchanges passes with a team mate and feeds Son. He spreads it wide to Rose whose first-touch is heavy and West Ham have a goal-kick.

20'

SAVE! Anderson is being afforded too much space by Foyth. He works his way into the box but the angle against him and his tame effort is easily saved by Lloris. Anderson should have centred it to the unmarked Arnautovic.

19'

Snodgrass whips the corner delivery in, Antonio rises highest but can't generate any power or get direction in his header and it's wide.

18'

SHOT! Fredericks tries his luck from distance, it's drifting wide but Lloris isn't taking any chances and pushes it behind for a corner.

16'

Rose snaps the ball from Antonio and I think that's intended as a cross, but he gets far too much on it and it sails out for a West Ham goal-kick.

14'

After a slow start, Spurs are beginning to find their groove. They have asserted themselves on the game.

13'

BLOCK! Alli is released on the left by Eriksen, he cuts inside and tries to curl one into the corner, but Balbuena reads the situation well and makes an important block.

11'

BIG CHANCE! Alli carves the West Ham defence open with a thrilling through-pass to Son, but the South Korean star can't beat Fabianski from a tight angle.

9'

No, the Dane dinks it into the box but West Ham scramble it clear. This has been a positive opening period by the visitors.

8'

Moura takes Spurs forward with an intelligent run, before he is hacked down by Rice. It's a long, LONG way out, but will Eriksen be tempted to have a shot from here?

6'

The Hammers have only kept five clean sheets this season, which would be of great concern for Pellegrini. I would be surprised if there weren't a few goals this afternoon.

4'

With little to lose, West Ham have made an energetic start to the game. They have been very hit and miss this season but if they show up today they have every chance of upsetting their neighbours.

3'

CLOSE! Anderson twists and turns Foyth, playing in an unfamiliar right-back role, before feeding Snodgrass inside the box. His shot is blocked but it comes out to Rice who catches the ball really sweetly and his effort from 25 yards rises just over the bar.

2'

Spurs are operating with a back four, with Dier dropping deep at times. It's only the England international's third start since the turn of the year.

KICK-OFF! Tottenham get us underway.

12:28

Here come the players. Spurs are unbeaten at their new stadium having not even conceded a goal. Can West Ham cause an upset today?

12:25

FIVE MINUTE WARNING

A reminder of the starting line-ups as we approach kick-off in this intruiging London derby...

Tottenham XI: Lloris, Davies, Alderweireld, Sanchez, Foyth, Rose, Dier, Alli, Eriksen, Moura, Son..

West Ham XI: Fabianski, Fredericks, Balbuena, Diop, Masuaku, Rice, Antonio, Noble, Snodgrass, Anderson, Arnautovic.

12:15

This is the third meeting between the sides this season, with Spurs winning both games. Erik Lamela scored the only goal in Tottenham's 1-0 league victory back in October and Pochettino's side prevailed when the sides met in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup in a 3-1 victory only a couple of weeks later.

12:10

West Ham have won just three of their last 14 matches in all competitions, a poor run of form Pellegrini is desperate to right.

"It's a derby, of course, which gives us motivation," the Hammers boss said. "We must try to play well, like a big team. We are not going to their stadium just to try to draw or not to concede."

12:05

Spurs are four points ahead of fifth-placed Arsenal and one win will almost surely seal a place in the Champions League next season. Could they be distracted by that match against Ajax on Tuesday night, though?

Pochettino insists not...

"If someone is listening to me now, players or fans, think about tomorrow, not another day. Tomorrow must be the most important thing.

"We need to take the best decision, we need to have fresh legs, fresh minds - and those who are not in their best mind tomorrow are going to be on the bench or outside the squad.

12:00

TWO CHANGES FOR WEST HAM

Manuel Pellegrini makes two changes to the side that drew 2-2 with Leicester, as Ryan Fredericks and Issa Diop come in for Pablo Zabaleta and Angelo Ogbonna, who both drop to the bench.

11:55

FOUR CHANGES FOR SPURS

Jan Vertonghen is rested ahead of Tuesday's match with Ajax - he's replaced by Davinson Sanchez. Juan Foyth, Ben Davies and Eric Dier also come into the starting XI, with Fernando Llorente, Kieran Trippier and Victor Wanyama dropping to the bench.

11:50

Hello and welcome to Eurosport's LIVE text commentary of the Premier League clash between Tottenham and West Ham.

Spurs will have one eye on their mouth-watering Champions League semi-final first-leg with Ajax on Tuesday night, but Mauricio Pochettino's side could really do with a win to all but secure their place in the top four in the Premier League.

Team news will follow in a moment, with the action getting underway in 45 minutes.
