Another free-kick for Arsenal. Saka whips it into a dangerous area but Palace scramble clear.
FOUR minutes will be added on!
Palace sub: Milivojevic is replaced by McCarthy as Hodgson eyes a first clean-sheet on the road since June.
Still not much urgency from Arsenal even though time is fast running out. Arsenal win a free-kick on the left. Saka floats it in but Guaita punches it clear. Pepe keeps it alive but shoots well over.
No penalty! Palace are still proving on the counter-attack as Zaha goes down inside the penalty area under pressure from Holding. Andre Marriner isn't interested in Palace's appeals and VAR doesn't overturn his decision.
Nketiah cushions a header into a packed Palace penalty area, the visitors can only clear as far as Smith Rowe whose shot is blocked.
Arsenal sub: Eddie Nketiah comes on for Lacazette.
Palace sub: Benteke is replaced by Jordan Ayew.
Eze is going to continue to play - for now. He's moving okay at the moment.
Tomkins heads clear Saka's cross as Arsenal's frustration increase. There's a concern for Palace as Eze goes holding his knee after a collision with Partey.
Holding flashes a header wide from Saka's corner delivery. Arsenal have just over 15 minutes to find a winner.
From the corner, a glancing header hits McAurther's knee and it falls kindly into the arms of Leno.
- OffDani CeballosArsenal
- OnThomas ParteyArsenal
Arsenal sub: Ceballos, who had a great first half, is replaced by Partey for the last 20 minutes.
Zaha gets away down the flank and looks set to play in Benteke, but Xhaka has tracked his run and makes a vital sliding intervention to deny the Palace forward.
- Yellow cardDavid LuizArsenal
Yellow card! Luiz inadvertently catches Zaha in the face with his knee. No surprise that the Palace forward reacts angrily and has to be calmed down by his team mates before Luiz is shown a yellow card.
- OffAinsley Maitland-NilesArsenal
- OnNicolas PépéArsenal
Arsenal sub: Pepe comes on for Maitland-Niles, with Arteta hoping to inject some pace and creativity into his side.
Best moment of the night for Maitland-Niles. He dances past a couple of Palace defenders but shoots straight down the middle and it's an easy save for Guaita.
Arsenal continue to play almost exclusively in the Palace half but their build-up play is much too slow and predictable. Guaita has hardly had a save to make this evening.
Lacazette's touchmap shows he has only had two touches in the opposition box so far. Arsenal are really missing the energy of Tierney advancing from left-back.
Partey and Pepe are the options on the bench if Arteta wants to shake things up.
Aubameyang's shot falls kindly for Lacazette, who can only hit the side-netting. It wouldn't have counted in any case as Maitland-Niles was in an offside position in the build-up.
Benteke races through the middle as Palace look to create an opening, but the Belgian badly overhits his pass which I'm assuming was aimed at Zaha.
Palace haven't kept a clean sheet on the road since June, but Arsenal haven't really looked like finding a way through as of yet. Plenty of time to change that of course.
Luiz steps out of defence and bends a cross into the middle for Lacazette, but Palace are defending resiliently and this time Kouyate makes the block.
Arsenal are playing on the front foot now and create another half chance, with Saka played in on the left. His cross is helped behind by Guaita and Arsenal can't trouble Palace with the resultant corner.
Just wide! Arsenal make a lightning quick start! Guaita is off his line to punch Aubameyang's floated delivery clear. But it's only as far as Bellerin, whose shot curls just wide of the Palace goal.
- 2nd Half
Kick-off! No changes for either side as Arsenal get the second half underway.
Arsenal are struggling for creativity, Partey is warming up... it makes sense, doesn't it?
- End of 1st Half
HT: It's goalless at the interval, but Palace may well feel they should be ahead.
Arsenal continue to exert pressure as Kouyate heads Bellerin's cross behind for another corner. It's Benteke once again who meets Saka's delivery as his glancing header saves Palace.
Some respite for Arsenal as they force a corner. Benteke is back to fulfil his defensive duties though as he clears Saka's delivery.
Brilliant save! Leno keeps the scores level with a strong one-handed save to keep out Benteke's glancing header!
Palace hit the crossbar! Eze's delivery is excellent, finding Tomkins whose header is going in! No, it's not... it cannons off the top of the bar! Palace keep it alive, but Benteke blazes over the bar. It hasn't been his day so far. His shooting has been wild.
Zaha is proving a real threat and wins a free-kick from Xhaka on the left.
Arsenal win a free-kick out on the right flank. Saka's delivery is dangerous, but Tomkins deals with it well, heading behind at the expense of a corner.
Excellent defending from Bellerin, who blocks the cross from Zaha and also prevents conceding the corner.
Chance! Smith Rowe looks to roll it to Lacazette, who is unmarked inside the penalty area. But Bellerin comes out of nowhere and shoots wide! Obviously he didn't get a shout from Lacazette!
Arsenal win a corner, which Saka delivers to the far post. Luiz meets at the far post but heads straight at Guaita.
Another rapid Palace move down the left. Benteke is found by Mitchell in space inside the penalty area but it's a really poor effort from the Palace forward as he slices it well over the bar.
Smith Rowe releases Bellerin, who teases a ball to the back post for Aubameyang to meet. Palace manage to scramble it clear, but might Arsenal have had a credible appeal for a penalty? Ward had his arms all over Aubameyang, but the referee wasn't moved.
McArthur lifts a ball over the top for Zaha to run onto down the left. Bellerin is immediately on him though and makes a successful challenge. But this is a good spell for Palace.
Important tackle! Zaha plays a clever give-and-go with Benteke as he bursts into the penalty area, looking ever threatening. But just as he looks to unload, Xhaka races in and makes an important sliding challenge to deny the Palace forward.
Save! Finally, Arsenal hit the target, with Aubameyang producing a stinging effort at Guiata, who parries it high into the air. The Palace keeper then misses with his punch but is fortunate to have the chance to gather at the second attempt.
Arsenal work the ball into a decent position but again their attack fizzes out. Bellerin then wins a corner when his cross, on the stretch, is hooked behind.
Mitchell squanders possession, allowing Arsenal to break with numbers. The ball is worked quickly to Aubameyang on the right but his cross back into the middle is easily cut out. Relief for Palace.
Eze, a former Arsenal youth academy prospect, leans back and shoots well over the bar from the resultant free-kick.
Free-kick! Xhaka has the slightest of tugs on the back of Zaha shirt and the referee Andre Marriner blows for the foul. Palace have a free-kick 25 yards out in a central area.
Arsenal move the ball around patiently. Well they were until Maitland-Niles passed straight to an away shirt.
Townsend - playing his 150th game for Palace tonight - tries to bend one in from 25 yards as the visitors register their first shot but he doesn't get the accuracy needed to test Leno. The goals have really dried up for the former Spurs man of late.
Arteta will be impressed with the fast tempo of his side's attacks so far. Just the final ball lacking at the moment.
Excellent from Smith Rowe as he slots a lovely pass down the left for Maitland-Niles. Unbalanced, he mishits his cross and it goes behind for a Palace goal-kick.
Just on Smith Rowe, he picks up the ball on the left side of the penalty after but delivers his cross straight into the arms of Guaita.
Arsenal look a different beast with Smith Rowe in their attack, but they will undoubtedly miss the presence of Tierney at left-back.

There are just fifteen minutes until kick-off! Will Arteta's men continue their good run of form or will Hodgson's side spring a surprise?
Emile Smith Rowe and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang were on target as Arsenal needed extra-time to defeat Newcastle in the FA Cup on Saturday.
Pre-match stat: In all competitions, Crystal Palace have registered just five wins in 47 previous matches against Arsenal (D14 L28), though they are unbeaten in their last two at the Emirates (W1 D1).
Arsenal may be strong favourites tonight but they are winless in their last four Premier League matches against Crystal Palace (D3 L1), their longest winless run against the Eagles in the top-flight.
Hodgson on Arsenal: "They're defending well, but you look at their attack and you're talking about the top of the European level. You can be sure that if they've had a barren period, they'll come back strongly and it won't last. They're organised, play to the strengths of the team and give the players the opportunity to show what they can do."
Arteta on Palace: "They have players with a big individual talent that just need moments to win games, to create actions that can unbalance the game so we have to be very careful with that."
Jeffrey Schlupp is replaced by Eberechi Eze, as Crystal Palace boss Roy Hodgson makes one change from the Premier League victory over Sheffield United.
Arteta makes TWO changes from the side that thrashed West Brom last time out in the Premier League. David Luiz keeps his place after starring in the FA Cup extra-time victory over Newcastle, replacing Pablo Mari, while Ainsley Maitland-Niles comes in for Kieran Tierney at left-back. There's a boost for Arsenal as Thomas Partey returns to the bench as he recovers from a thigh injury.
