Spurs introduce Dele in place of Lucas. Dele will be looking to revive his career under Conte who is calling for the fans to raise the noise levels and they respond! It's like the Italian has never been away!
Leeds roll the dice with another change. Gelhardt makes way for another young talent in McKinstry for the final few minutes of the match.
James has a go from distance but Lloris is equal to the effort. Leeds are running out of time in their search for an equaliser, five minutes plus stoppage time left to play at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Another change for Spurs. Reguilon, who could be the match winner, goes off and is replaced by Sessegnon. Just over ten minutes to play here.
Some substitutions amid the chaos! Spurs have introduced Sanchez for Tanganga. Leeds have turned to Firpo and Roberts in place of Forshaw and Klich. Fifteen minutes plus stoppage time to go, can Leeds find an equaliser will Spurs get a third that would surely secure the victory?
GOAL! Spurs 2-1 Leeds! Spurs have turned this game around! Dier takes the free-kick which is deflected onto the post, Reguilon reacts quickest and is there unmarked to prod the home from close-range. Comeback complete and Conte loves it!
Another yellow card quickly follows for Leeds, this time for Cooper who cynically brings down Lucas outside the box in a central position. Free-kick to Spurs in a very dangerous position.
Forshaw goes into the book as the referee adjudges him to have fouled Kane as he looked to advance on goal. Leeds doing some defending at the moment, can Spurs turn this game on its head?
The tempo of this match has gone up another gear! This is anybody's game now. Half an hour to play and it's relentless pressure, one minute it's Spurs asking the questions and the next, Leeds are knocking on the door.
GOAL! Spurs 1-1 Leeds! The home side are back on level terms! Hojbjerg doesn't connect as cleanly as he would have liked with an effort from just inside the box, but he won't care as the ball trickles past Meslier and into the bottom corner. Game on!
Huge claims for a penalty for Spurs as Son goes down in the box under a challenge from Phillips. The referee was quick to wave away the appeals, so does VAR, there didn't seem to be much contact looking at the replays. Leeds survive.
CHANCE! Spurs have their best chance of the game! Lucas chips the ball into the box for Son, who takes the ball under his spell wonderfully before unleashing a shot which leaves the crossbar rattling! Much better from the home side.
At the other end, James is looking for his second goal of the game with another effort from distance which made Lloris think twice. An electric start to the half as both sides see sights of goal.
KICK-OFF! We're back underway for the second half and it's Leeds, who lead, that get the game going again. Immediately, a huge chance for Kane whose effort is saved by Meslier, bouncing off the post and out for a corner which comes to nothing.
HALF-TIME! Wow. We wondered whether the deadlock could be broken and the answer is yes! Leeds go into the break one goal up thanks to James' finish, but great credit must go to Harrison who made the goal possible with some excellent individual play on the left-hand side. Conte has a team-talk to conduct.
GOAL! Spurs 0-1 Leeds! Oh my word, Leeds have taken the lead on the verge of half-time and it is well deserved based on their first half performance. Harrison skips past Emerson, delivering a beautiful curved pass into the box for James who tucks the ball home from close-range!
It might be goalless, but it's been good! Leeds began the better of the two teams, but Spurs have grown into the game as the half has progressed. They are still looking to properly test Meslier, who has had relatively little to occupy him in this first 45 minutes.
CHANCE! Another long-range effort from Leeds which has Lloris scrambling across his goal. Forshaw has a crack from distance and the ball sails just wide of the upright. He caught that one well.
Half-time is approaching and the game remains level. Can somebody produce a moment of quality to find the opening goal? Reguilon didn't spot the ball out wide to Emerson who was in acres of space and in with a route on goal.
A loud roar of encouragement from the Spurs faithful is followed by a groan of despair as an opening quickly closes in the face of their team. Phillips runs into referee Marriner, knocking him off balance, much to the crowd's amusement.
Cooper to the rescue for Leeds! Reguilon's cross is destined for the head of Kane, but a vital touch from Cooper takes the ball away from the England captain, just in the nick of time. Great defending.
Gelhardt is the first name to be taken by referee Marriner after a late challenge on Dier as he looked to move the ball forward. End-to-end stuff as a Leeds counter breaks down before the same happens to Spurs at the other end.
Half an hour played in north London and the game remains goalless. Which side can break the deadlock? Leeds started well but Spurs are showing glimpses of growing into the game now. They need to get their pacey, creative players such as Son and Lucas on the ball, also bringing Kane more into play goes without saying.
Corner to Spurs. Emerson's cross is blocked by Harrison. Son delivers the ball and at the third time of asking after some pinball in the box, Leeds hack the ball away and win themselves a free-kick. A good chance to re-group.
Leeds are probing again, keeping the ball well as they wait for the opening. The gap appears but the pass runs through to Lloris. They need to pick their moments and be clinical when the openings appear. Good stuff from the visitors so far.
Son took the game by the scruff of the neck there, charging from inside his own half up to the Leeds box, picking out Kane with a nice cross, but he can't get the ball under his spell and the chance falls away.
Twenty minutes played and there is nothing to split the sides at this stage. Leeds have come closest with Dallas' effort from range. Spurs are yet to ask any serious questions of Meslier in the visiting goal.
Reguilon meets a diagonal ball on the left and manages to dig out a cross which is cleared. Spurs explore the opposite flank with the next attack and win a corner which is dealt with by the Leeds defence.
Sloppy from Spurs. Emerson passes the ball out for a Leeds corner but fortunately for him, the visitors cannot take advantage of the set-piece. Nervy moments for the hosts in this opening quarter of an hour.
A Leeds corner is cleared at the near post by a Spurs head. The home side win a free-kick inside their own half to alleviate the pressure for a moment. Conte will want his side to be more in control and to get on the front foot when they can.
CHANCE! Leeds with the first real effort on goal and it wasn't far off! Dallas lets fly from range on his right-foot and watches the ball whistle past the post. There is lots of energy in this Leeds team in the opening exchanges.
James delivers a cross but it's over everybody's head, the ball rolls out for a throw-in to Spurs deep inside their own half. Leeds are back on the ball swiftly, a confident opening five minutes from the visiting team.
Phillips forces Lloris to make a save, but it's fairly comfortable for the Frenchman. Spurs play a ball into Kane's feet, but he is offside. Leeds have started with real purpose here and look to settle themselves into the game quickly.
Conte received a warm reception ahead of kick-off. The Italian oversees his first Premier League game in charge of Spurs. Leeds win an early free-kick in a dangerous area as Tanganga brings down Gelhardt.
KICK-OFF! We're off and it's Spurs who get the first half underway. The hosts are in their traditional white home shirts, while Leeds are dawning their blue away jersey. Andre Marriner is the referee and he is supported by Darren England on VAR.
Five minutes until kick-off! The players are gathering in the tunnel, ready to make their way out onto the pitch for the pre-match pleasantries. The atmosphere is building and we're almost ready to go!
This is your ten-minute warning! Kick-off at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is fast approaching. It's Conte's first home league game since taking charge in north London. Spurs go into the match in 10th place while Leeds sit 17th, just two points above the relegation zone. It's a big game for both sides who are in need of the victory.
Two changes for both sides from their previous matches. Conte brings in Tanganga and Winks for Romero and Skipp. Bielsa selects Gelhardt and Klich with Rodrigo and Raphinha missing through injury and illness respectively.
