FT: Spurs 0-3 Chelsea. Second-half goals from Silva, Kante and Rudiger move Chelsea joint top of the table.
- GoalAntonio RüdigerChelsea
GOAL! Rudiger guides a first-time effort into the bottom corner from Werner's smart cut back.
How isn't it three? Kovacic is blocked by Lloris at his near post after a superb dash into the left side of the box saw him get on the end of Lukaku's lovely pass.
Four minutes added.
Lukaku threatens again. He takes on two but does too much and his eventual strike is easily blocked on the edge of the area.
Lukaku meets a left-wing cross but powers his header straight at Lloris.
And still Chelsea continue to probe for the third. Spurs look beaten and the home crowd appear to have accepted their fate.
- OffCristian RomeroTottenham Hotspur
- OnDavinson SánchezTottenham Hotspur
SPURS CHANGE: Sanchez on for Romero.
A real goalmouth melee! Somehow Spurs don't concede a third with Chelsea almost queuing up to finish them off. Werner and Alonso both went close!
- Yellow cardTimo WernerChelsea
It's looking more like Chelsea will add to their tally rather than Spurs putting together a comeback at this juncture.
Wonderful work from Lukaku. He skips beyond Dier but then unselfishly plays in Werner, who makes a real hash of it and the ball rolls away to Spurs' relief.
Almost three! Thiago Silva meets a right-wing corner but Lloris shows great reflexes to push it away.
Kepa is fine to continue. Play resumes. Can Spurs light the touch paper for a barnstorming finale or will Chelsea see it out?
The physios are now on looking after the Blues keeper.
Kepa comes way off his line to claim a long free kick from the right and hangs on tight. He then goes down with what looks like cramp!
- OffKai HavertzChelsea
- OnTimo WernerChelsea
CHELSEA CHANGE: Werner on for Havertz.
Spurs are pushing and looking for a response to find a path back into this match.
VIDEO: Kante makes it two!
Kane takes Son's pass in his stride and sizzles in a low 25-yard drive that Kepa gets down well to smother.

- OffTanguy N'DombeleTottenham Hotspur

Spurs look shell-shocked. They were the better team in the first 45 but didn't make the breakthrough and an improved Chelsea have made them pay since the restart.
STAT: Chelsea are closing in on winning three successive Premier League matches versus Spurs for the first time since 2005.
That was hard on Spurs. Kante has had a huge slice of fortune there but Tuchel will be delighted that his change has helped completely transform the context of this match.
- GoalN'Golo KantéChelsea
GOAL! Kante's 25-yard strike hits Dier and flies into the opposite corner via the post.
VIDEO: Thiago Silva nods Chelsea in front.
OFF THE LINE! Dier somehow gets his body in the way to deny Alonso after the full back met a cut back from the right with a firm strike from close-in.

- GoalThiago SilvaChelsea
GOAL! Thiago Silva thumps a fine header into the bottom corner from Alonso's left-wing corner.
DID YOU KNOW? Chelsea are bidding to win six London derbies away from home on the spin for the first time in their history. It has only been done by one other top-flight club. That was Arsenal between 1988-1989 and again in 2013-2014.
CLOSE! Alonso meets a diagonal ball over the top on the stretch but sees his fizzing volley tipped over the top by Lloris.

KICK OFF! Spurs get us back underway.
- End of 1st Half
HT: Spurs 0-0 Chelsea.
Eventually the game continues and two minutes have been added.
NDombele is having treatment on one of his eyes. Play has been stopped. Looks like he has got something in it.
Dele Alli takes an age trying to clear a low, near-post corner from the right. Jorginho looks to punish him but his sliding block sees the ball fly behind.
Lukaku has been on the periphery of the game so far. Historically Spurs aren’t a side he enjoys great success against having notched only one goal in 13 appearances against the Lilywhites in all competitions.
STAT: Chelsea have only shipped one goal in the Premier League so far this season, their lowest total at this stage for 11 years.
SAVE! NDombele and Lo Celso combine to free Son, but the forward's first touch is heavy and Kepa is out to make an important block.
CLOSE! Lukaku and Havertz rise to try and get on the end of a right-wing cross but it hits the latter and flies just wide. He didn't know much about it but it almost paid dividends.
Alonso gets to the left byline and hangs up a cross towards Lukaku in the middle, but it's well defended by the home side.
STAT: Kane has netted just once in his last eight PL outings v Chelsea.
Lovely footwork from Christensen. He finds himself on the edge of the Spurs box and curves just wide after turning down the obvious pass to Alonso to his left.
NDombele has looked bright so far. One run in particular saw him dart beyond two on the left and then hold off another two before recycling possession and helping the hosts build again through the middle.
Chelsea are enjoying a more settled period now. Have they come through that super-charged Spurs storm?
Rudiger does well to get in the way of Reguilón's low ball towards two Spurs shirts at the far post after a lovely turn and pass from Alli sent the full back rampaging free down the left.
A right-wing corner is cleared as far as Lo Celso who won't want to see that again. His awful effort flies out for a throw-in!
Dier looks to nod back across goal from the right byline but Kepa reads it and plucks the ball out of the air after another good spell of Spurs pressure.
A flowing Chelsea break sees Mount exchange a one-two with Lukaku to his right before his attempt is well blocked. Havertz was completely free to his left....
POSSESSION: Spurs 43 per cent - Chelsea 57 per cent.
Spurs have had four shots to Chelsea's two.
A patient spell of Blues possession ends with a nod across the area for Havertz, who completely misses his kick with an attempted 16-yard volley.
Chelsea looked a little ragged in the opening moments but seem to be settling into the battle more now.
It's been a lively start to this derby. Both sides looking to be aggressive in their attacking play. There's an open feel to it which could be good news for the spectator.
No surprise to see lots of love pouring in for Jimmy. Just the 132 goals in 169 Chelsea games, then the 266 goals in 381 Spurs games as well as 44 goals in 57 England games. Absolute legend.
Kane steps up but whacks the free kick straight into the wall.
Free kick to Spurs 20 yards out, very slightly left of centre. Alarm bells ringing for Chelsea.
VIDEO: Pre-match tribute to Jimmy Greaves
Lo Celso completely miscues away from inside the danger zone after Son's cross from the left had been diverted straight into his path eight yards out.
Chelsea threaten right from kick off. Havertz and Lukaku threaten down the left but just as it looks like they may manufacture a chance of note the flag goes up. An early warning for the hosts.
- 1st Half
KICK OFF! Chelsea get us underway after Spurs legends gathered pitch-side to join the whole stadium in paying tribute to the legendary Jimmy Greaves, who has sadly passed away.
This game will see Tottenham Hotspur host the world's first net zero carbon match at an elite level #GameZero #Raising awareness of climate change #reduce your carbon footprint
Nuno Espírito Santo on Tanguy Ndombele, who is involved today after impressing against Rennes in the Europa League: "We had all the pre-season and we are already playing Premier League and European competition and it was Tanguy's first game so let's be patient."
DID YOU KNOW? Harry Kane did not have a shot or touch in the opposition penalty area for the first time in a 90-minute Premier League appearance at Crystal Palace. The England striker, who was strongly linked with a move to Man City in the summer, has managed just two shots in his 200 minutes of PL playing time this term but does have a history of enjoying London derbies on home turf.
More from Tuchel. This time on Antonio Rudiger's future and his belief the central defender has "not many reasons" to depart Stamford Bridge for pastures new.
Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg: “Chelsea are a fantastic team, they’ve showed that with the results, with the investments they’ve made, they’ve done incredible. But we are there, we are ready. We’re at home in our beautiful stadium with our fans, let’s say, putting on all the pressure they can, and we’ll do the same on the pitch. We’re ready for a massive fight.”
FOOTBALL FEATURE: Can Nuno Espírito Santo repeat Manchester City trick? Or will more pain come against Chelsea?
Thomas Tuchel on the sub plot of Harry Kane vs Romelu Lukaku: “I find that Romelu plays a bit higher up the pitch and Harry Kane also likes to drop into number 10 positions, to pockets and turn and to assist. He has a super partnership with Son, so he is very strong in finding space between the lines. I find Romelu up higher in the pitch. But they also have similarities. They love to score and they score whenever they play, they are up for it and it is a certain mindset that you cannot learn. I am pretty sure they both started showing this mindset when they started playing football when they were five, six, seven years old. These guys are born to score goals.”
VIDEO TRIBUTE: RIP Jimmy Greaves
Spurs also ring the changes from their last PL clash which saw them beaten 3-0 at Crystal Palace. The big news is that Son Heung-Min is back from injury. Cristian Romero and Giovani Lo Celso also feature while Tanguy Ndombele makes his first PL start of the campaign.
Chelsea make five changes from their last PL outing against Aston Villa. Edouard Mendy is not involved so there is a start between the sticks for Kepa. Andreas Christensen, Jorginho, Mason Mount and Cesar Azpilicueta also get the nod. N'Golo Kante is on the bench.
