Is this the best example of why Scottish football needs goal-line technology?

Whilst the Premier League worries about whether or not to introduce VAR Scottish football still doesn't have goal-line technology.

The reason given is that it is too expensive but surely incidents like this show it is absolutely vital?

Kris Doolan powered home a fantastic effort with his left foot and as you can see the ball clearly goes over the line and hits the back of the net.

However referee Barry Cook ruled it out following consultation from assistant Jordan Stokoe.

The decision didn't cost Partick Thistle as they still beat Greenock Morton 1-0.
