What a cup final we've had. Hibs took the lead through Stokes after just three minutes, Rangers equalised through Miller shortly later. Halliday thought he had won the game for Rangers with a cracking goal but Hibs bounced back - Stokes levelling the scores before the captain Gray headed in the winner deep into injury time!

IT'S OVER! Hibs win the Scottish Cup for the first time since 1902!
Is there time for Rangers to equalise?
GOAL GOAL GOAL! HIBS HAVE DONE IT! It's the captain Gray who heads in the game's decisive fifth goal of the game. He manages to get his head onto a corner delivery and the ball is bundled over the line.
FOUR minutes of added time to be played at the end of the match.
Relief for Hibs as Stevenson makes his way back onto the pitch.
Rangers win a corner.. they're tempted to take it short but eventually McKay decides to sends it into the penalty area. It's cleared by Hibs but Stevenson takes a knock and is down. He has to receive treatment - and Hibs have used all of their subs!
Now at the other end McGeouch plays a threaded through ball in search of a team mate but Foderingham is alert to the danger.
Here comes Rangers as Holt makes his way into the penalty area from a wide position, but under the challenge of McGeouch, he runs the ball out of play.
There is seven minutes of normal time remaining - can we find a winner before extra-time? You can't take your eyes off this match...
It's no more than Hibs - and Stokes - deserves. It was his 10th effort of the match - twice as many as the entire Rangers team.
GOAL! Rangers 2-2 Hibs - Stokes levels! He outmuscles the disappoining Tavernier at the near post from a corner and heads the ball into the roof of the net. Alan Stubbs missed it - he was at the toilet. Unbelievable match here.
But they have a chance now from a corner as Fyvie forces a corner.
Time is running out for Hibs as they throw men forward in search of an equaliser. Is it going to be more heartbreak in the cup they haven't won since 1902?
STOKES.... MISS! The on-loan Celtic man has had countless opportunities today but the latest attempt is simply criminal. He does brilliantly to skip away from a challenge but with the goal at his mercy he blasts the ball over the bar. He snatched at it.
Rangers sub: Nicky Clark replaces Waghorn.
Frustration for Hibs as Gray is caught in an offside position.
Hibs looked so dominant and in control at one point in this match but they've become quite desperate now as the tie appears to slip away from them.
This is the moment Halliday put Rangers ahead. It is a fantastic strike.
Hibs sub: Liam Henderson, on loan from Celtic, replaces Fontaine.
It's the curse of the commentator as Stokes squanders a wonderful opportunity. He had time and space in the penalty area but opts to shoot from a tight angle when he had team mates better placed. Side netting.
Fantastic awareness from Stokes who has had a great game for Hibs. He drops deep and tries to catch the Rangers goalkeeper off his line but the effort is played just wide of the goal.
Rangers have had just two shots on goal this afternoon - and they've scored from both!
GOAL! Rangers 2-1 Hibs - It's a cracking goal by Halliday which gives Rangers a crucial 2-1 lead. The midfielder collects in a central position and he catches the ball perfectly from 25 yards as his shot almost bursts the top corner of the net.
Rangers sub: Shiels replaces Zelalam.
Former Hibs player Dean Shiels is preparing to come on for Rangers...
Rangers are beginning to up the ante as we approach the hour-mark. Tavernier breaks forward from full-back but again he plays it too close to Logan. There were plenty of blue shirts in the penalty area but the delivery was poor.
Tavenier whips in a free-kick but it's played too close to Logan who easily collects.
Yellow card: Fyvie is booked for a late tackle on Zelalam.
Again, it's poor defensively from Tavernier as he is beaten in the air by Fontaine as a cross comes into the Rangers penalty area but the Hibs man can't keep his header down.
Yellow card: Tavernier is booked. Remarkably, that's the first yellow card of the game.
Absolutely superb work from Miller who is doing everything for the cause today. The 36-year-old drops deep to battle in midfield and win the ball back for his team.
Tavernier has had a bit of a mixed afternoon so far. He's been terrorised by Stokes but he also set up the equaliser for Miller. Anyway, he comes forward with real ambition as he skips past a number of challenges before losing the ball.
Better at the back from Rangers as Cummings is closed down quickly by Wilson in the penalty area and the defender comes away with possession.
SAVE! How many times has Stokes been denied by Foderingham today? His latest attempt is from outside of the penalty area - it's rather tame but the Rangers goalkeeper makes a meal of it as he pushes it out for a corner.
PENALTY SHOUT! After a few step-overs, Waghorn attempts to speed past Stevenson inside the penalty area but the ball is run out of play after the Rangers forward falls to the ground. There's a half-hearted appeal for a penalty but the referee is having none of it.
We're underway in the second-half of this pulsating Scottish Cup final.
HALF-TIME! The referee brings a thoroughly entertaining first-half to a close. Stokes opened the scoring for Hibs on three minutes but Miller hit back for Rangers, grabbing an equaliser on 27 minutes.
Great defending by Wallace as he reads the game well to break up a Hibs attack.
Remarkably, that was Hibs' 12th effort on goal and yet, they could easily be trailing.
ANOTHER SAVE! The Rangers defence is split open once again as Cummings finds himself one-on-one with the goalkeeper but he can't beat Foderingham from a tight angle.
SAVE! He's making a habit of this, Stokes, as he goes past Tavernier too easily on the flank as he speeds into the penalty area before firing on target but Foderingham is equal to the shot and parries the ball away from goal.
Rangers come forward once more as McKay accelerates past the challenge of Gray on the flank but he mis-hits his cross and the ball goes out for a goal-kick.
The confidence is oozing from the Rangers players as they work the ball out from the back, Waghorn sees Logan off his line but his lobbed shot, from around 30 yards out, is well off target.
Rangers are now on top and it's now Hibs looking nervous as Mark Warburton's side search for a second goal.
It's been a memorable first-half. Stokes has scored for Hibs and struck the crossbar while Miller equalised for Rangers and headed against the crossbar.
CROSSBAR! Miller is denied his second goal of the afternoon by the woodwork! He is left unmarked in the penalty area from the corner but Hibs survive as his bullet header smashes off the crossbar.
After a slow start, Rangers are finally alive in the tie and they keep the pressure on Hibs as they force a corner.
Miller simply wanted it more than the Hibs defenders.
CROSSBAR! It's all happening at Hampden! Stokes breaks in the opponent's final third - with little other option he has a shot at goal from 20 yards and is only denied by the woodwork as the ball smashes off the crossbar.
GOAL! Rangers 1-1 Hibs - The Gers equalise with their first on goal and it's simply down to dreadful defending! Tavernier delivers a wonderful cross towards the back post and Miller shows tremendous strength to powerfully head the ball into the back of the net.
Rangers simply cannot get the ball out of their defence as the Hibs players are pressing high up the pitch.
Rangers finally get a hold of the ball in midfield, they come forward in search of a leveller but the move falls apart when a pass directed towards Halliday is misplaced.
There's far too much space in the midfield for McGinn as he wriggles past a challenge before unloading a shot at goal, it takes a deflection and has Foderingham scrambling, but it loops over the bar.
They're giving the ball away at will almost, Rangers, and Stokes is the latest beneficiary as he breaks into the penalty area but he should do better as he blasts it straight at Wilson.
Rangers have had 67 per cent of possession so far - but no shots at goal.
It has to be said - Rangers have been poor, really poor.
Stokes is terrorising the Rangers defence at the moment and he's given too much space by Tavernier again as he makes his way into the penalty area, he lines up Cummings... but the shot is blocked.
Rangers win a corner, it's played short, Halliday, in space on the edge of the penalty area receives the ball, he only has one thing on his mind... but the shot is dragged well wide of the goal.
It's been almost three weeks since Rangers last played a competitive match and the lack of match fitness has told in the opening stages of this contest.
Poor from Halliday whose free-kick doesn't gather enough height to beat the wall.
The referee awards Rangers a free-kick on the edge of the penalty area. Halliday to take...
Rangers look incredibly suspect at the back. Hibs are carving their opponents up time and time again.
GREAT DEFENDING! Cummings breaks through behind the Rangers defence once again but Wilson gets across and makes a wonderful intervention to dispossess the Hibs forward.
CHANCE, CHANCE - MISS! Cummings is played through on goal but he's denied by Foderingham who makes himself big to block the shot. The rebound falls to Stokes whose shot is deflected. Hibs should have two!
The last eleven teams to have taken the lead in a Scottish Cup final has gone onto win the match.
This match is being played at a frantic pace at the moment with both sides throwing men forward in attack. A Rangers move collapses, Hibs break immediately as Cummings finds space from 25 yards and but his effort deflects into the arms of Foderingham.
Everyone in green is on their feet, what a start for Hibs. The Rangers defence was simply caught napping and Stokes - the man on loan from Celtic (!) - punishes them.
GOAL - Rangers 0-1 Hibs! What a start for Hibernian who have an early lead - Stokes is granted far too much space in the penalty area and is allowed so much time to place the ball past Foderingham in the Rangers' net.
There's every sign this will be a feisty encounter as Stokes goes in late on Holt - and is fortunate not to be shown a yellow card,
KICK-OFF! We're underway in the 131st Scottish Cup final. There's an absolutely wonderful atmosphere within this famous venue.
Ninety-two clubs entered the competition at the beginning of the season and now we're down to just two - and neither are in the top tier! The players are making their way out to the pitch at Hampden - we're almost ready for kick-off!
A fascinating look back in time when Hibs defeated Rangers to secure a place in the Scottish Cup final.
Hibs have not won the Scottish Cup since 1902 - yes, 1902 - when they beat Celtic to claim the famous trophy. Can Alan Stubbs - on his 100th game in charge - can finally end their quest for glory to avenge the Championship play-off defeat to Falkirk?
The atmosphere is building within Hampden Park as we approach kick-off which is just 20 minutes away now.
Hibs' captain David Gray is hoping his side can finish their season on a high - after losing in the Championship play-off semi-final.
"It’ll be the same as every other time I lead the team out, it’s a massive honour to be captain of such a big club," he said.
"I really appreciate the role I do and I really look forward to it every time I do.
“To have the opportunity to do it in a cup final is a real honour for me and one I’m really looking forward to.”
The winner of today's match will secure a spot in the Europa League qualifying stages.
"It'd be a fantastic achievement," Warburton said. "There's a place in European competition at stake.
"The winners on Saturday will have that access to Europe and there's no doubt that will help us.
"We need our potential players to buy into the bigger picture, but there's no doubt European football is an incentive.
"For us it would be a great end to what's been a good season. Now we have to focus on finishing on a high."
Mark Warburton would become only the second English manager to lift the Scottish Cup if his Rangers side can overcome Hibs today.
