Vieira commits to Inter

The 30-year-old former Arsenal midfielder had been linked with a move back to the Premiership last summer after it was confirmed Juventus would be relegated following the Calciopoli match fixing scandal, though he chose to remain in Serie A, and insists he will now stay there.

"A move is out of question. It took me six months to find a flat. I'm still unpacking and I need a break", he told France Football.

"I'll finish my career with Inter. My contract runs until 2010 and I'll play at least until then, it's a certainty. Then we'll see."

Despite being dogged by a succession of ankle and knee injuries this calendar year, Vieira insists he will play on for at least another three seasons.

"I don't have the body of an 18 or 20 year old ... but I don't feel old. I feel well mentally and very well physically. Those injuries are not worrying me. I feel stronger than ever."
