- GoalRomelu LukakuInternazionale
GOAL! Milan 0-3 Inter (Romelu Lukaku): It just had to be him! Lukaku caps a fine performance with a fine goal as Inter continue to rip Milan to shreds! The Belgian picks the ball up in midfield, races through the centre and beats Donnarumma at his near post with a venomous low shot. Wow!
Lukaku with the chance to seal it! Barella releases the Belgian, who is through one-on-one with Kjaer. He cuts onto his left foot to make the space for a shot, but he's denied by the feet of Donnarumma!
Milan's assault on Inter's goal continues as they force a corner - but there's still no way through as the referee spots a foul and awards Conte's side the free-kick.
Milan had Inter on the ropes in the second-half but Nerazzurri have given their opponents in finishing.
GOAL! AC Milan 0-2 Inter (Lautaro Martinez): Wow, that is some team goal from Inter! That should do it! It's against the run of play, too. The move starts in their own 18-yard box, Eriksen releases Perisic on the left and he pulls it back for Martinez for a simple tap-in!
Yellow card! Saelemaekers goes into the book for a foul on Bastoni.
Calhanoglu floats a pass onto the head of Ibrahimovic, who knocks it down for Kessie. Bastoni applies just enough pressure as he hooks his effort wide.

Close! Skriniar climbs highest to meet Eriksen's floated delivery at the far post, but his header is just over the bar.
Inter win a free-kick on the right flank, as the fourth official announces there will be one minute added on at the end of an entertaining first-half.
Calhanoglu has the ball inside the Inter penalty area but instead of shooting he opts to try to find Rebic. His pass is overcooked, though, and Handanovic can gather with ease.
Ibra hasn't really been involved in the game, which is key for Inter's success this afternoon. If Milan are to mount a comeback they need to find a way for their star man.
Ibrahimovic is at full stretch but doesn't get close to connecting with Rebic's cross.
Rebic heads the ball into the path of Ibrahimovic, who catches a volley from the edge of the penalty area. It lacks the power to really trouble Handanovic, though.
It should be two! Perisic's shot to the near post is kept out by Donnarumma, it looks like a simple finish for Martinez but he can't turn it in! Big chance for Inter!
Milan chance! Inter's defending is questionable once more as a cross falls into the path of Theo Hernandez. He tries to find the bottom corner with Handanovic wrong-footed but his shot is agonisingly wide!

Another threatening moment from Inter as Perisic tries to pick out Lukaku with a cross but Kjaer is there to intercept once more.

Here it is...
Inter try a short corner routine that ends in another corner. Eriksen goes direct this time, but Donnarumma punches clear.
Inter have their tails up, and here come Martinez driving down the left flank. He's searching for Lukaku with his cross, but Kessie makes the interception at the expense of a corner.

Kick-off! Here we go! Inter get us underway.
A minute's silence is held for Mauro Bellugi, a great figure for Inter, who passed away yesterday.
FIVE minutes until kick-off in the Derby della Madonnina! It's AC Milan versus Inter in an epic battle at the top of the Serie A. It's LIVE and it's NEXT!
This is some achievement.
Following Milan's defeat to Spezia, Inter coolly dispatched Lazio to reclaim their place at the top of the league. Victory today would move them four points clear.
Stefano Pioli, AC Milan boss: "Tomorrow we will play a derby like we have not seen for many years, with a lot on the line. Both us and Inter have a clear identity. The derbies are always balanced matches with many goalscoring opportunities. It is not necessarily decisive for the fate of the championship, but it is important because we have been in the lead all season."
Antonio Conte, Inter boss: "It will be different to the previous derbies because of the teams' high positions - first and second. This is very satisfying for the city of Milan. There is a lot at stake, certainly more than just local pride. We have to do our best to win the game and stay top of the table. It is an important match. When the table is like this you need to be even more determined."
Milan failed to register a single shot on target as they crashed to a shock defeat to Spezia.
The game will be played behind closed doors - obviously - but these were the scenes outside the San Siro earlier...
It is TEN years since the last Milan Derby was played with both clubs in the top two. Not since April 2011 have these giants been competing with each other directly for the league trophy.
Inter will be full of confidence having won their last three league games - defeating Lazio 3-1 last time out - as they returned to the top of Serie A, a point above Milan. Stefano Pioli's side, meanwhile, suffered a shock 2-0 defeat at Spezia last Saturday and their Coppa Italia loss at the hands of their city rivals is also fresh in their mind.
Christian Eriksen will operate in behind Lautaro Martinez and Romelu Lukaku in Inter's attack. Arturo Vidal is fit enough only for the bench, while Stefano Sensi is absent from the match day squad. Ashley Young is named amongst the substitutes.
Having been rested in the 2-2 draw with Red Star Belgrade in the Europa League in midweek, Zlatan Ibrahimovic is restored to Milan's side to lead the attack. Ante Rebic, Hakan Calhanoglu and Alexis Saelemaekers will support him. Sandro Tonali comes into the side, with Ismael Bennacer and Mario Mandzukic missing out with injury.
