It's a huge game for Juve but they've lost plenty of these this season. Somehow the Old Lady have lost their knack of winning.

Okaka inadvertently catches Bonucci with his arm in the face as he turns the Juventus defender, and it's a let-off for the visitors as the referee signals for a free-kick.

Juventus win a free-kick, with Cuadrado drawing the foul from Arslan. The wingback delivers, but Scuffet takes control of the situation, punching the ball clear, taking out De Ligt in the process.

Just had another look at Udinese's goal and the defending really was criminal; everyone fell asleep as De Paul took the free-kick quickly. They've paid a costly price.

The hosts are full of confidence and their opener is well deserved, you have to say. Juventus have work to do.

GOAL! Udinese 1-0 Juventus (Nahuel Molina): Udinese are ahead and this could spell real trouble for Andrea Pirlo! The visitors are caught sleeping as Udinese take a quick free-kick. It's a great strike from the full-back Molina, who hammers it low and hard and although Szczesny gets a hand to it he can't keep it out.

Shot! Udinese register the first shot on target this afternoon as Stryger-Larsen carves in from the left flank, plays a clever give-and-go before letting fly from the edge of the penalty area. But Szczesny barely has to move to make the save.

Udinese have started on the front foot and Juventus have more defending to do, as Molina delivers a cross from the right. The visitors deal with the danger and then break, but Bentancur's cross is dreadful.

The pitch here at Stadio Friuli doesn't look like it's in a great condition, it has to be said.
2'
A first touch for Szczesny, who races off his line to collect Molina's over-hit pass down the channel.

16:45
Atalanta's draw with Sassuolo earlier was also good news for Juventus. As was Napoli's 1-1 draw with Cagliari. It means the Bianconeri can move up to second with a victory today.
16:40
Pirlo on rumours about his future at the club (via Football Italia): "I am fine, I spoke to the owners the other day, as often happens. It certainly wasn’t the first time. We had a chat about everything, as always. I am not concerned when it comes to my work. I only hear rumours from you reporters. I am relaxed and concentrated on what I need to do, I’m not influenced by all these rumours."

Did you know? Juventus have won six of their last seven Serie A games against Udinese.
