Juventus v Spezia - The Turin giants look to close the gap on the top three

Juventus far from impressive but they got the all-important three points.

But his through-ball was a little too firm.

But his cross is too deep for Rabiot on the back post.

But both efforts are blocked. The Spezia defence have been whole-hearted in blocking numerous efforts today.

But Szczesny comes out and comfortably gathers.

He has only been on the pitch a few minutes but Bernadeschi is immediately in the referee's book after a foul on Agudelo.

Thiago Motta picks up a yellow card for his complaints to the official.

Szczesny sees it all the way and there was not a good enough contact to threaten the Juventus goal.

But his effort from 20 yards is blocked by Erlic.

Once more Ferrer was given a chance to cross and this time he did much better clipping a ball into the centre which Gyase rose alone to head at goal but did not generate enough power to trouble Szczesny.
