Morata, who hasn't scored for the club since Boxing Day, has slipped behind January signing Olivier Giroud in the pecking order with manager Antonio Conte also using Eden Hazard as a false nine.
The 25-year-old, who was also left out of the Spain squad this week, is handed a start after Chelsea's 3-0 defeat to Barcelona on Wednesday, which saw Giroud chosen ahead of him.
Bakayoko hasn't played for the Blues since the catastrophic 4-1 defeat to Watford at the start of February that saw him sent off.
Willy Caballero replaces Thibaut Courtois as he resumes his role as cup keeper.
The Foxes start Iheanacho next to Jamie Vardy up front with Riyad Mahrez and Marc Albrighton on the wings.
