Kelechi Iheanacho continued his impressive FA Cup form as Leicester City booked their place in round five with a 5-1 win at League One Peterborough.
The former Manchester City forward took his tally to nine goals in as many outings in the competition with a first-half brace that pretty much put an end to any hopes Posh had of springing an upset.
Debutant Fousseni Diabate opened the scoring after just nine minutes and Iheanacho quickly doubled the lead as the hosts were punished for avoidable errors deep inside their own half.
Iheanacho then guided home a cool volley to finish off the move of the match just before the half hour as the Premier League side's class told.
Peterborough improved after the break and pulled one back when Andy Hughes swept past Ben Hamer. However, Diabate had the last word when he capped his bow with a late second, before teeing up substitute Wilfred Ndidi to seal an emphatic victory.

TALKING POINT

No Vardy or Mahrez? No problem. Claude Puel selected a much-changed Foxes side, with Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez starting on the bench. Harry Maguire was the only survivor from the team that started the league win over Watford, but the French coach will be delighted with the impact of his fringe players. They controlled the first-half and, even though Posh made a fight of it in the second period, their front trio of Demarai Gray, Iheanacho and Diabate proved the difference. The latter will be delighted with his debut and looks like he could be a shrewd addition to the squad.

MAN OF THE MATCH

Kelechi Iheanacho (Leicester City): The 21-year-old has not started a Premier League match since October 16, but gave a timely reminder of his qualities with a clinical double. Linked up superbly with Diabate and Demarai Gray and was a real threat throughout. Puel had urged him to take his chance in the build-up to the game and Iheanacho will feel he delivered.
