Manchester City hammered seven goals past Championship side Rotherham United on Sunday as they breezed into the fourth round of the FA Cup.
City boss Pep Guardiola named a strong team with the starting eleven featuring the likes of Ederson, Kyle Walker, John Stones, Kevin De Bruyne, Riyad Mahrez and Raheem Sterling.
It was De Bruyne who provided the first moment of precision as he carved open the Rotherham defence to allow Sterling to score.
Promising youngster Phil Foden doubled the lead at the Etihad before an own-goal Semi Ajayi made it three.
In the second-half Gabriel Jesus, Mahrez, Nicolas Otamendi and substitute Leroy Sane completed the rout, with Ilkay Gundogan registering four assists.
Elsewhere at Craven Cottage Premier League Fulham were upset by League Two Oldham Athletic.
Fulham took the lead through Denis Odoi but were pegged back by a penalty from Sam Surridge.
Oldham keeper Daniel Ivarsen then saved a spot-kick from Aleksandar before Callum Lang netted a dramatic late winner.
Watford are safely through after a 2-0 win at Woking whilst QPR beat Leeds United 2-1.
Barnet shocked Sheffield United 1-0 at Bramall Lane.
