FULL TIME: Chelsea 0-1 Leicester City
LEICESTER CITY WIN THE FA CUP!
Vardy does some great work to win a corner kick and there is belief spreading through the Leicester City fans that their team is going to get over the line here. Almost there!
This was the disallowed goal!
Just incredible drama at the end of this FA Cup final. The finishing line is in sight for Leicester City. There will be five minutes of stoppage time played at the end of this one!
GOAL RULED OUT! VAR has been used to show that Chilwell was a fraction offside when the ball was played over the top and Leicester City fans greet it like they have scored themselves!
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL! Chelsea 1 (89 mins - Ben Chilwell) Leicester City 1. A late, late equaliser! Chilwell broke in behind the Leicester City defence, he touched the ball, fell over and then Morgan struck the clearance off the Chelsea left back and into the back of the net! But was he actually offside?!
It's starting to feel like this won't be Chelsea's day. Mount couldn't have done any more with that strike. It was heading for the corner of the net, but Schmeichel stopped it!
MOUNT... saved! Schmeichel comes up with a stunning save to deny Mount the equaliser! The Chelsea midfielder struck it so cleanly on the volley, but the Dane tips round the post!
Choudhary has also been introduced by Rodgers off the bench. The tension now!
This is interesting - Morgan is on for the final five minutes for Leicester!
One last change for Chelsea and it's Giroud who comes on to provide some aerial threat.
Soyuncu is blocking everything coming into the Leicester City box. The Turkish defender has been exceptional, especially given the circumstances with Evans going off.
PICTURE: Leicester have the advantage!
What a save! Chilwell gets up well to head on target, the ball was heading for the bottom corner of the Leicester City net, but Schmeichel gets his fingertips to it! What an important stop!
Chelsea are going for it now. Tuchel doesn't have any other option. The Blues have to find an equaliser in the next 10+ minutes to take this match to extra time. Two to win it.
And Hudson-Odoi is also on for the final 15 minutes to give Chelsea some attacking thrust.
A third change from Tuchel with Havertz on for Jorginho.
Maddison was partially rested for the mid-week win over Manchester United at Old Trafford and so the attacking midfielder should be relatively fresh here. He could be key for Leicester.
It looks like Leicester City are going to play this a bit more conservatively now. They are quite happy to sit back and soak up the pressure from Chelsea and hit out on the break.
Of course, this sees Chilwell face his former club. The left back had his struggles at the start of the season, but has found some good form recently. Will we start for England at the Euros?
What a goal!
There's actually a second change from Chelsea as well - Chilwell on for Alonso.
And a change for Chelsea with Pulisic on for Ziyech. Can he make a difference?
Leicester City change and Maddison is on for Iheanacho. Not the Nigerian's day.
What will the response from Chelsea be here? They have 25 minutes to rescue this match. It looks like Pulisic will be coming on for the Blues. He has been waiting for a while!
Look at the Leicester City fans! They are in dreamland! What a roar that greeted that goal! What a goal it was! The Foxes have the lead in the FA Cup final after 64 minutes.
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL! Chelsea 0 Leicester City 1 (63 mins - Youri Tielemens). What a goal! Incredible! One of the great FA Cup final goals! Leicester City won the ball high up the pitch, Tielemens took on the strike from 25 yards out and finds the top corner of Kepa's net! Nothing the goalkeeper could do about that!
Iheanacho has been in exceptional form for Leicester City recently. The Nigerian striker has found the back of the net seven times in his last seven games for the Foxes, but he’s struggled today.
Both managers getting ready to make changes. Rodgers is speaking to Maddison while Pulisic is in discussion with Tuchel. The two attackers will be on in the coming minutes.
The omens aren’t exactly good for Rodgers this evening - the Northern Irishman has won just one of his previous 16 encounters against Chelsea over the course of his managerial career. Still level here, though!
It does feel like Leicester City have upped their game here. They have started the second half the better of the two teams. It helps that they are also shooting towards their own fans.
Tuchel has very quickly built one of the best counter attacking sides in the Premier League. However, this is a style that Leicester City often adopt. Interesting tactical match-up.
Across the face of goal! A good delivery from Tielemens after a corner kick was recycled, but there was nobody in a maroon shirt attacking it in the centre. Wicked cross!
Is Schmeichel one of the most underrated players of his generation in the Premier League? The Danish goalkeeper has been a giant for Leicester City. A true legend for the Foxes.
Alonso with the header! Kante was played to the byline, his cross to the back post was a good one, but it was always going to be difficult for the Chelsea left back to generate the power with his header.
The Blues have kept a clean sheet in each of their last three matches in the FA Cup. Chelsea have also won 10 of the last 11 matches they have played in the competition.
Chelsea are so much more solid at the back with Tuchel in charge. Leicester City have a tricky task on their hands to break down the Stamford Bridge side at Wembley this evening!
PICTURE: Goalless at Wembley
There’s no doubting Tuchel is building something at Chelsea. The Blues have enjoyed a remarkable turnaround since the appointment of the former PSG manager back in January!
No changes made by either manager at the break. Chelsea have been the better team on the whole, but there have been signs that Leicester City are growing into the game.
The second half is under way! It's still goalless between Chelsea and Leicester City in the FA Cup final!
HALF TIME: Chelsea 0-0 Leicester City. Still waiting for the first goal of this year's FA Cup final, but it has been an entertaining encounter so far at the national stadium.
Vardy on his bike! The Leicester City forward was on the shoulder of the last defender, Tielemens found him with a clipped ball over the top, but Vardy could only glance wide!
There will be two minutes of stoppage time played at the end of the first half.
Drags it wide! That was a decent chance for Werner who drives to the edge of the Leicester City box, he had an option on his right, but takes on the shot himself and shoots wide.
Soyuncu again! The big Turkish defender once again gets on the end of a Tielemens freekick delivery into the box, but he heads wide. That was a more difficult one for him, in fairness.
Werner goes clattering into Thomas and he is shown a yellow card for it.
Werner blocked! The German striker has two opportunities to get a shot away on goal, but Fofana is a wall and makes the blocks! The Leicester City fans greet them both with a roar!
I think it's fair to say that the Leicester City fans have been the louder of the two supports so far. They are cheering tackles and booing Chelsea. Enjoying themselves!
Fofana has been one of the best signings of the season since his arrival at the King Power Stadium from Saint-Etienne in the summer. The French youngster settled instantly.
Fofana becomes the first player to be shown a yellow card for a late tackle.
Albrighton on for Evans. That surely means a reshuffle at the back by Rodgers.
Indeed, Evans is coming off for Leicester City. That's a big blow for the Foxes. He is such an important member of Rodgers' team. How will they cope without him at the back?
Evans injury! Oh dear! This isn't a good sign for Leicester City. There were doubts over Evans' fitness and the Northern Irish defender is now sat on the Wembley turf. Change coming?
Big chance for Chelsea! Mount breaks to the byline, his cross is partially cleared, Rudiger passes to Silva, but his cross couldn't find anyone in blue in the six yard area!
Wild from Werner! Kante won the ball in the centre of the pitch and passed it to Werner. Chelsea had a three-on-two situation against the Foxes, but he blazes his shot well over the bar!
Kepa starts for Chelsea this evening. The Spaniard lost his place in the first choice XI to Mendy, but he has still been used in the cup competitions since Tuchel took charge.
There are definitely signs that Leicester City are starting to impose their own game on the final. Tielemens has a shot blocked on the edge of the Chelsea box. Posing a threat.
PICTURE: Mount has been lively
MOUNT... wide! Good chance for the Chelsea midfielder on the edge of the Leicester City penalty area, but he puts his low strike wide of the post. It picked up the slightest of deflections.
The rain is really starting to fall at Wembley Stadium now. That could be a factor in this match. The grass is pretty slick. Which team will handle the conditions better?
Soyuncu scored the winner for Leicester City against Manchester United on Tuesday evening. The Turkish defender struggled against Newcastle only a few days beforehand.
Header over! Tielemens bends a freekick delivery into the Chelsea box from the right side, Soyuncu gets up well, but the Leicester City defender could only head over the bar.
After a slightly shaky start, Leicester City are getting a grip of the match here, although Chelsea are still the one seeing most of the ball. They are zipping it around quickly.
Castagne in behind! The Leicester City right did well to get down the outside of Alonso, his cross into the middle was a good one, but he couldn't find Vardy in the penalty box!
Rudiger takes aim! The Chelsea centre back strides forward with the ball at his feet and gets the shot away, but Schmeichel didn't have much to worry about there. Well wide.
Leicester City need to be careful not to get caught with a high line this evening. That’s the mistake City made against Chelsea and the likes of Ziyech and Werner made them pay.
Oliver has a word with Tielemens for a late foul on Jorginho. The Leicester city midfielder got away with one there. He probably should have been shown a yellow card.
PICTURE: No early breakthrough
Rodgers was charged with two objectives upon taking over at the King Power Stadium - qualify for the Champions League and win a trophy. This season could see Leicester achieve both.
It's been a tricky start for Leciester City. They are having to do a lot of defending in the opening exchanges with Chelsea peppering the opposition penalty area with a series of crosses.
Chelsea come into this match on the back of a disappointing home defeat to Arsenal in the Premier League. The match before that saw the Blues beat Manchester City on their own patch!
This could prove to be a fruitful month for Chelsea. They are well-placed to finish in the top four and will face Manchester City in the Champions League final. They could win two trophies!
Werner has started the match well and is already causing problems for Leicester City with his pace. It's been a positive start for Chelsea in general. They look dangerous.
What sort of match will we get this evening? Will Tuchel win his first trophy as Chelsea manager or will Rodgers deliver silverware to Leicester City? Let’s find out!
The match is under way! It's Chelsea against Leicester City in the FA Cup final!
Okay, here we go. We are about to get under way at Wembley Stadium. Kick off coming up shortly.
The roar from the crowd when the two teams emerged from the tunnel there! Incredible! What a sound!
Attention turns to the football now. What sort of final will we get? This could be a cracker of a match!
Not long until kick off at Wembley and all the ceremonial stuff is under way at the national stadium! 'Abide With Me' being belted out. Strikes a rather poignant note this year.
I'm Graham Ruthven and you can catch me on Twitter ahead of the match to let me know your thoughts. Who do you see as favourites to lift the FA Cup? Tweet me your thoughts - @grahamruthven!
History is on the line for Leicester City this evening. The Foxes are in the FA Cup final for the first time in 52 years. Silverware would really underline the job Rodgers has done.
Alonso starts! There is something of a surprise at left back for Chelsea this afternoon with Tuchel opting for Alonso over Chilwell. The German has spoken about Alonso's "height."
Fans are back! There will be over 20,000 fans at Wembley for this FA Cup final. What a sight! It's been a strange season, but the noise and the atmosphere today will be refreshing!
Evans starts! There had been questions over the Northern Irishman's fitness for this one, but Evans has been picked to start by Rodgers! He is so important to Leicester City.
