Is there a late opportunity left in this stoppage time period for England? Switzerland are camped deep inside their own half. It's long ball time for Boothroyd's Young Lions!

Switzerland now finally seem to be sitting back and inviting England on top of themselves. They're quite comfortable doing that. They have shown that this afternoon.

Time is running out for England here. Qualification for the knockout rounds would be made much harder with a defeat here. Can they grab a late equaliser to snatch a point?

Switzerland have actually improved since they found the back of the net. They are being very proactive in their pressing and are still sending players forward when they have the ball.

Hudson-Odoi tested Racioppi with a powerful freekick in this second half, but besides that England have failed to trouble Switzerland at all. This has been a toothless display.

Once again, the high press from Switzerland gives England problems when trying to play out from the back. Godfrey just about gets the pass away under intense pressure.

As mentioned in the build-up to the match, England are in the so-called Group of Death in this tournament. After this they have challenging fixtures against Portugal and Croatia.

There has been a lack of tempo and intensity throughout from England this afternoon. Just not good enough for a group of players with this sort of talent. They should be winning easily.

Switzerland make another change and Ruegg comes on for Toma.

This system doesn't look to suit this group of England players very well at all. They have struggled to play through the centre of the pitch. Switzerland have found it easy to defend against them.

What do England have left in the tank here? Switzerland have been difficult to break down all afternoon. Can the likes of Eze, Jones and Brewster create something?

Another change for Switzerland and Ndoye comes off to be replaced by Mambimbi.

"Loads of time," comes the message from the England bench. There's just over 10 minutes remaining for England to avoid a hugely damaging defeat in this difficult group.

Ndoye takes the shot from the edge of the England penalty area, it picks up a deflection and loops up over Ramsdale! It might even have struck the standing foot of the forward!

Nketiah looks very frustrated as he walks off the pitch. You can understand why. The Arsenal forward has had to feed on scraps. England failed to give him any sort of service.
