Good evening and welcome to live coverage of Spain versus Germany in UEFA Nations League group A4. It’s a simple equation for the hosts tonight; if they win, they’ll qualify for the Nations League Finals in October next year. For Germany, if they avoid defeat, they’ll be the ones going instead. Got that? Good, let’s get into it then. Team news from Seville will be with you shortly.

It's all over. Spain have qualified for the UEFA Nations League Finals after thrashing Germany - Germany - 6-0. That was a brilliant performance from Luis Enrique's team.
    90'
There will be a minimum of two additional minutes, which Germany will be hoping are a maximum.

    GOAL! Spain 6 (Oyarzabal 89) Germany 0
Oh my, it's a sixth! Spain have had Germany trapped in a rondo all night. Rodri lifts a ball over hte German defence to Gaya, whose first touch takes him to the six-yard box. He looks up, squares it to Olazabal and it's a tap-in for 6-0. This is now a seminal thrashing.

Gerard Moreno is right into this, and cuts in menacingly from the right. He works a shooting chance from the edge of the area, but it is partially blocked and deflects behind for a corner.

Pass, pass, pass, pass, pass...Germany are on the carousel that sir Alex Ferguson once referred to here. Spain have been magnificent tonight.
    79'
Spain are knocking the ball around for fun, I think they've had possession for at least two full minutes here. Whisper it, but tonight they don't look dissimilar to the team that collected major international titles for fun a decade or so ago.
    77'
OFF THE BAR! Gnabry goes on a run into the Spanish half, cutting across the face of the Spanish area before launching a shot that clatters the crossbar and flies out.

Spain have made a triple substitution. Oyarzabal, Moreno and Asensio are on, replacing Dani Olmo, Morata and the hat-trick hero Ferran Torres.

GOAL! Spain 5 (Ferran Torres 72) Germany 0
It's a hat-trick! And it's another brilliant move from Spain. They cut Germany open right down the middle, with Ruiz racing onto a long pass and then feeding Ferran Torres on the left. He doesn't even break stride before sweeping a glorious first time shot past Neuer and into the bottom corner from the edge of the area.

It should be five! Morata heads a long ball down to Koke, who splits the German defence with a first time ball to Ruiz on the left. Morata is free at the back post but Diaz's ball is just too pacy for him and bullets through the six-yard box and away from danger.
    66'
Ferran Torres has been superb tonight. He intercepts another wayward pass out of the German defence and piles forward down the right, but his attempted cross to Rodri catches a deflection and runs through to Neuer.
    65'
There's a lull here; Germany are spent, and you suspect that, if they fancy it, Spain could go right through the gears in what's left of this match.
    62'
SO CLOSE TO THE HAT-TRICK! Another scintillating Spanish move ends with Koke collecting the ball in the penalty area and back-heeling it to Ferran Torres, who whistles a fierce drive just wide of the far post.

A double change for Germany, as Neuhaus and Waldschmidt replace Goretzka and Sane
    60'
Spain are taking it out of Germany here, keeping possession on the edge of their area and virtually walking the ball into shooting positions from distance.
    57'
It's been said before - tonight, many times - but Germany are all over the place at the back. A simple free kick to the back post finds Rodri unmarked again, but he heads over the bar from eight yards out.
    55'
    GOAL! Spain 4 (Torres 55) Germany 0
It's four! This time Spain eviscerate Germany down the left on the break. Ruiz prods a lovely weighted ball into space for Gaya, who has nothing but green space in front of him. Gaya takes the ball into the right of the German area before drawing Neuer and squaring it to Torres, who takes a touch before drilling the ball home. This is a battering.

Gnabry wriggles into a crossing position on the right of the Spanish area in a rare venture forwards, but can't pick out anyone with his low ball.
    50'
Germany are getting ripped open here. Morata escapes through the middle and Spain have Germany three on two, but Morata tries the impossible ball to Ferran Torres on his right when Dani Olmo was in acres to his left. Germany intercept and clear; they've got away with one there.
